Abstract:

In view of the scale of current control system become more and more big, and the structure is more complex than before. So it is difficult to realize the information interaction between control layer and upper layer application software, even it's also hard to interconnect directly interoperability among each manufactory's system. In order to realize the effective operation of overall control system, this paper designed a pharmaceutical factory monitoring system based on Ethernet, which can realize the integration of each subsystem. This paper elaborated the structure of the system, and the implementation of hardware Interface transformation. This system has many advantages, such as effective human-computer interaction, stable performance, high degree of automation and convenient for remote browse or parameters modification. So it's a meaningful research.
