The Design and Implementation of A Low Cost Temperature Monitor and Control system

In this article, the new method for designing the temperature control system with low vibration for a scanning the given object is proposed. The system uses STC89LE516AD as the CPU, and some peripheral circuits: keypad input circuit, the temperature measurement circuit, and LED display circuit to monitor and control the temperature of the given object. By using a small number of hardware devices and software designation, we realize the function of real-time temperature monitor and control. The results show that our goal to construct the temperature control system for a given object with relatively high precision can be realized by using the proposed method, and the system proved to be strong, low cost, with strong practical.
