Reliability Analysis of the Port Handling Machinery and the Workers

Abstract:

Theory of the safety ergonomics and reliability analysis was applied in this paper. Influences of port handling machinery and workers on the handling reliability were studied. For the general cargo handling process, mathematical model was put forward. According to the model, calculations were carried out to increase the working efficiency of the port handling machinery. At same time, combined with port investigation and factors affecting the operation of workers, measures were proposed to improve the safe and efficient production of the port.
