Discusses on the Information Literacy Cultivation of Farmers in China

Abstract:

This paper analyses the problems of information literacy and elaborates the cultivation stress in the aspects of consciousness, capacity and ethics in China. It also proposes some suggestions of enhancing the information literacy environment in rural areas.
