Information Technology about Sci-Tech Novelty Retrieval

Abstract:

This paper proposed several existing problems in sci-tech novelty retrieval (Science and Technology Novelty Retrieval), including communications with customers, resource constructions, retrieval strategies, work ethics, expert consultation and audit, and so on. For higher quality, the first thing is to keep full communications with customers in details and hold accurate retrieval strategies. Secondly, personnel quality and work ethics are playing important factors in the process of sci-tech novelty retrieval. When disputes or difficulties are coming into being in the process, advice of experts will strongly support sci-tech novelty retrieval.
