Research on Storage Technology of Electronic Textbook

Article Preview

Abstract:

This paper presents an approach for modeling and implementing e-textbook (electronic textbook) resource organization and storage using a content structure model. The model is divided into three layers, namely atomic component layer, composite component layer and component pool layer, and provides the means for the reclassification and package of e-textbook resource. A formal definition is proposed for the model, and a storage algorithm is analyzed. The results show that the approach has the following characteristics, such as low resource maintenance cost, simple and efficient access, large and uniform directory capacity, and easily expanded storage space.
