Abstract:

The finance is the key factor in the operation of the market economy, and how to specifically evaluate the fiscal expenditure performance and the budget is a very important problem. This paper describes the effect of fiscal expenditure on the performance evaluation in detail, minutely researches the actual calculation process for performance budget, discusses the problems in the evaluation system according to the contents above, and offers the targeted suggestions to how the performance budget should reform.
