Standardized Operation System of E-Commerce Supply Chain of Agricultural Products Based on SCOR

Abstract:

Through analyzing E-commerce supply chain of agricultural products and the SCOR, it constructed its standardized operation system based on the SCOR, then analyze this system, and decompose the basic process layer, the configuration layer and process elements layer. Finally, by constructing the observed variables for every element of the logistics capability, it measures its performance based on the SCOR at an angle of logistics capability , and thus be able to put forward the advice to assess operations system of supply chain.
