Abstract: Based on the theory of roughness during grinding and the theory of fuzzy-neural network, a new intelligent prediction model is developed in this paper. The inputs for the model are the grinding parameters and the AE signals. Beijing Shenghua SAEU2S system was used to collect and analyze the signals of acoustic emission. The experiment was conducted, and the results verify the feasibility of the proposed model.

Abstract: A new algorithm is proposed for tracking a maneuvering target in clutter using heterogeneous sensors, such as active and passive sensors, which are carried on single moving airborne platform and report their observations asynchronously. The algorithm combining interacting multiple model (IMM) with probabilistic data association filter (PDAF) is sequentially implemented to cope with asynchronous reports. In addition, in order to close to practice, the algorithm is based on Earth-centered Earth-fixed (ECEF) coordinate system while it considers the effect of the platform’s attitude. So the algorithm extends previous algorithms from synchronous case to asynchronous case, from fixed station to moving airborne platform, and from local Cartesian coordinates to general ECEF coordinates. The simulation results show that the proposed algorithm has a broader and more practical scope while being slightly worse than existing algorithm which only be applied under synchronous case.

Abstract: In multiple UAVs cooperative search tasks, the traditional environment model was based on squares, which caused the problem of different cost in each UAV’s single step. Therefore, we divide the battlefield by regular hexagons to make the UAVs’ steps more coordinate. At the same time, the cell’s encoding method was improved, which can greatly reduce the computing complexity of the coordinates. Route planning is an important part in cooperative search to decide where to go and how to search. By analyzing the method of route planning with several steps, Model Predictive Control (MPC) was proved to be an easy and effective method. However it became a complex probem to selecte a best route from so big amount of planning routes. Then the method of Discrete Particle Swarm Optimal (DPSO) was proposed to solve this problem. In order to evaluate the value of the route, an evaluate function was designed, containing the reward function of the route, the repulsion function of the no-fly zone and the force function of other UAVs. The reward function was designed based on the targets’ existence probabilities and the areas’ information uncertainty values. Then the no-fly zone was designed based on the artificial potential field method. However, due to each UAV can fly in different height, that is, collision would not happen, so the force function of other UAVs didn’t need concerned. In the end, a simulation experiment with some static targets and a no-fly zone was carried out, in which, a greed method was put forward to be a comparison to MPC. The results showed that the methodology proposed can ensure that the UAVs detected the targets safely and covered as more area as possible.

Abstract: Based on the theory of dynamic fuzzy logic, dynamic fuzzy sets and dynamic fuzzy evaluation method are proposed. According to the index system of evaluation of network information security, dynamic fuzzy weight matrix and the single factor evaluation matrix are determined first. Then by multi-level dynamic fuzzy recursion numerical processing of the comment weight vectors, evaluation result is obtained, which not only reflects the current situation of network information security but also predicts its development trend in future. This evaluation method is relatively object and comprehensive compared to previous ones.

Abstract: Based on the Nagel-Schrekenberg cellular automaton model of traffic flow, this article analyzed the influence that driving on the right side takes to the traffic flow in the condition of light and heavy traffic. With the combination of fluid dynamics and vehicle dynamics, we established the Cellular Automata model for mixed speed two-lane traffic flow on the rule driving on the right side. Then we used the AHP method to find out the large bus share rate, the number of vehicles changing lanes and the influence law of safety factors on traffic flow. We came to a conclusion that the relationship between traffic flow and load are inverted U shape changes in the low load and high load conditions, the accident rate is the maximum when the V/C (the ratio of traffic flow and the ability of corresponding section) is the minimum; with the increase of V/C, the accident rate decreased gradually.

Abstract: Due to the problem that the existing topic detection algorithms can not satisfy accuracy,real time and topic hierarchical clustering at the same time, this article builds a hierarchy topic detection algorithm based on improved single pass clustering algorithm. In addition, using public opinion evaluation indexes to analyze topic temperature,the method proposed in this paper can detect hot topics accurately and timely while showing the hierarchical structure of the topic .

Abstract: Based on the State Grid Unified Application Platform as the carrier, this paper proposed an extensible access control policy. For a long time, the combination of electric power enterprise internal environment and traditional access control are very inadequate. The traditional access control model on the current unified platform access and control permissions interaction problems is almost blank. Therefore, this paper puts forward an improved access control model. The model has solves some key problems of access control in State Grid Unified Application Platform , such as specific role division, interaction between roles, permissions delivery, senior role inherited permissions unlimited scale-up, and permissions linkage.

Abstract: Although the industrial monitoring based on mobile equipment is now prevalent, it is inefficient and error-prone to code the layout of industrial picture on Android. Aiming at this problem, the layout software for industrial monitoring is designed and implemented in this paper. By adopting WYSIWYG (What You See Is What You Get), the software provides a visual layout interface for the developer. In addition, a widget library of metallurgical equipment is implemented and integrated into the layout software, so that the requirements of picture design for the metallurgical industry can be satisfied. Some applications show that the layout software for Android can improve the efficiency of industrial picture design at certain extent.

Abstract: In this paper we firstly investigate the main process of Cigarette Manufacturing in China Tobacco Zhejiang Industrial CO. LTD, and we decomposed the cigarette production in three parts through the investigation. Secondly, we developing the Information Model for each part by IDEF1x. Thirdly we acquire the Information Model of Cigarette Manufacturing Process by integrating three Information Model of sub process.
