Abstract: With the development of smart grid, the application of distributed energy systems has been increased largely in china. Biomass power generations, solar power generations and wind power generations with small capacity can be used as to be distributed energy systems. This paper puts forward the definition of distributed energy systems, and gives the limited capacity variable range of it. Secondly, the main obstacle for the development of distributed energy systems has been analyzed including technical Factors, policy factors and mechanisms, market factors and so on. Finally, it analyses the implementation strategy of distributed energy systems in China, such as the influential factors analysis, efficiency research and the rational usage of distributed energy systems. These analyses can improve the application and deep research of distributed energy systems in China.

Abstract: We propose a model for studying job seekers’ behavioural intentions to use job seeking social networking sites (SNSs) for securing jobs. To test our model, an online survey was conducted and 48 valid questionnaires were collected. Some important findings include: perceived usefulness has a positive influence on users’ use of job seeking SNS and social information capital could positively affect users’ perceived usefulness.
