Abstract: Poor information of TPM case study can be found, which is important for TPM implementation. This paper introduced TPM implementation in Shandong Lingong (SDLG) with two years of data collection and practice. The company conducted equipment classification, production plan improvement, failure rate reduction, spare parts management and staff training practices based on MTTR, MTBF and OEE figures. Results showed that MTTR is complicate while MTBF and OEE showed better fits with the company reality of TPM. Thorough the practice and execution of TPM the company get better OEE and less breakdown time, which increase the production efficiency in the end.

Abstract: The Student Research Training Program has become a new effective measure to improve the quality of talents and cultivate college students' innovative consciousness and innovative ability in many colleges and universities. At the same time, the innovative practical ability of college students is the enterprise demand for job seekers. This paper firstly discusses the composition of the practice platform of science and technology and the importance of cultivating students' innovative practical ability. Combined with the enterprise management model, this paper presents the basic method of students' innovation management. Finally achieve the targets which could comprehensively cultivate the innovative consciousness and improve the innovation ability of students.

Abstract: In this paper, we proposed value proposition, value network, resources, services and profit model as business model elements of Service-oriented Enterprise from the perspective of system by combing the related literature about business model elements. Based on this, we put forward four kinds of building ideas: business model based on customer demand, business model based on resource integration, business model based on service content, business model based on profit model and then explained by cases. Finally, the application of environmental of business model was compared. This study is help to guide other service-oriented enterprises to construct business model effectively.

Abstract: Sense of community refers to individuals’ strong feelings of community, which plays a significant role in attracting and retaining learners in online education. This study argued that properly-constructed scaffolding can enhance the sense of community in online education. Data were collected from 299 university students, and the relationships between the scaffolding and the sense of community were examined by path analysis. It was proved that scaffolding has significant effects on both the connectedness and learning aspects of the sense of community.

Abstract: This article depicts the history of computer and multimedia assisted English teaching, reviews the research held in this field and the two-phase practice, analyzes the advantages and existing problems in computer assisted EFL teaching, and describes the new trends of it that has just appeared and will definitely influence the English teaching profoundly.

Abstract: In accordance with the ideas of MOOC and the teaching features of BOPPPS, In computer language courses in the interpretation of three control structure section of ingenious introduction BOPPPS technology, contribute to the realization of the algorithm, easier for students to understand and grasp.

Abstract: Pricing decisions of product is determining sell price, then affect market demand and income, production decisions are to balance capability and schedule under cost optimization. Product pricing before production decision will cause that product demand by setting price and output determinated by production departments under cost minimization objective do not match, then their overall profit is suboptimal, and production fluctuation is easy. Collaborative decision of pricing and production planning is a key issue of corporate profit and the supply-demand.

Abstract: This paper aims to compare benefits of Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) system and Collaborative Planning, Forecasting, and Replenishment (CPFR) system based on (R,Q) inventory strategy. Four-stage supply chain models that are simulated by system dynamics (SD) methods will be used to support the comparison. In addition, factors of total cost for the whole supply chain (TSC) and product fill rate (fr) can assist to evaluate simulation models. The results of this study indicate that benefits and flexibility of CPFR appear to be higher than VMI under (R, Q) strategy, and key parameters have significant impacts on TSC of the two systems.

Abstract: An increasing number of organizations are starting the customer relationship management systems to promote the quality of service. In the field of mineral trade, recording and analyzing the contracts between two parties is important to a third-party to offer intermediary services. This article designs a system to shortage the contracts and gives an easy way to analyze the contract relationship.

Abstract: Integrated management and distribution system of modern information technology is the effective use of integrated marketing and distribution network management information into a complete production management information unified information platform, sharing and interactive information resources to improve the operation and management level of the grid. The article first introduces the stage of urban problems in the power grid, the introduction of the camp with integrated systems consisting of concepts and architecture, and focus on several aspects of the form from the information management model and process, the system function structure and main functions camp with the overall design of integrate system solutions.
