Abstract: In the IP-over-WDM networks, electric power is more consumed at IP layer. This letter proposes two power-saving dynamic connection provision algorithms, called Most Used First (MUF) and State Transmission Time Aware (STTA) respectively, which can direct the incoming connection request to already provisioned router line cards and chassis, and hence reduce the number of active IP devices so to save electric power. For a typical network, MUF and STTA can save over 3% and 7% power respectively comparing with conventional power-unaware approach.

Abstract: Internet of Things can be used as a key technology or architecture on marine ships for remote equipment maintenance. Data aggregation in Internet of Things is a critical issue for the efficiency of sensing data collection. The volume of sensing data is huge because the number of equipments is large. It is thus mandatory to decrease the communication overhead in data aggregation. In this paper, we propose a Chinese Remainder Theorem based coding algorithm for data aggregation, called CaCa. The communication efficiency is improved by CaCa (at least 90% very likely), which is justified extensively by formal analysis and rigorous proof.

Abstract: We propose a new method of quantum fuzzy classification hashing scheme constructed from the method of quantum information processing. Based on the uniform random fuzziness of the template set produced by the quantum fuzzy classification hashing, Security of the identification scheme is equivalent to one-time pad. Compared to the construction schemes based on similar method, the novel quantum fuzzy classification hashing scheme has a more simplified structure. Our algorithms have outstanding data security and validity. Theoretical analysis shows that the quantum fuzzy classification hashing can effectively resist the attack of quantum computation.

Abstract: As information and processes are migrating to the cloud, Cloud Computing is drastically changing IT professionals’ working environment. Cloud Computing solves many problems of conventional computing. However, the new technology has also created new challenges such as data security, data ownership and trans-code data storage. We discussed about Cloud computing security issues, mechanism, challenges that Cloud service providers and consumers face during Cloud engineering. Based on concerning of security issues and challenges, we proposed several encryption algorithms to make cloud data secure and invulnerable. We made comparisons among DES, AES, RSA and ECC algorithms to find combinatorial optimization solutions, which fit Cloud environment well for making cloud data secure and not to be hacked by attackers.

Abstract: An intelligent static traffic management system is brought forward combing with application environment and requirement analysis. Functional design, logical framework design and physical framework design are then proposed and analyzed. At last, the system is applied in practice and functions of PDA payment, real-time information dissemination, parking guidance and parking data analysis are all achieved based on the Internet and GIS.

Abstract: Retracted paper: Unified encrypted technology has led to many key advances, including e-commerce and public-private key pairs. Despite the fact that it is never a key purpose, it fell in line with our expectations. In this position paper, we validate the development of Boolean logic, which embodies the significant principles of electrical engineering. CoolCoiner, our new algorithm for the construction of sensor networks, is the solution to all of these grand challenges. CoolCoiner verifies that e-commerce and fiber-optic cables can collaborate to realize this objective. To fix this challenge for the robust unification of SMPs and the location-identity split, we explored an analysis of hierarchical databases. As a result, the characteristics of our system, in relation to those of more acclaimed systems, are dubiously more confirmed.

Abstract: The electric energy data acquisition system is an important part of smart grid construction, and as well it is the essentail platform and core support of intelligent electricity service system. As the “neural network” of electric energy data acquisition system, the communication technology plays a vital role for improving the system performance. In this paper, we performed a comparative test associated with the application performance of electric energy data acquire solution, whilst considing both narrowband power line communication (PLC) and broadband PLC technologies. While comparing the test resuls in both laboratory ideal environment and comprehensive interference environment, it provides an important data support to master the performance of different PLC technologies in electric energy data acquisition system.

Abstract: This paper put forward a viable scheme and demonstrate the feasibility of MCU experiment teaching system with PROTEUS according to analyze the present situation and the problems of MCU teaching experiment in colleges and universities. The simulation system was designed according to a case of testing system of welding temperature. The experiment results show that the experiment system can enrich the experiment teaching method, increase the interests of the students in learning, reduce the cost of experiment and improve the quality and efficiency of education.

Abstract: In this paper, a special communication conversion system from parallel to serial is implemented by FPGA (Field Programable Gate Array). The designs of the structure, the hardware and the software are described in detail. And the performance of the designed system is testified by both timing simulation and experiment, which prove the design to be simple and reliable.

Abstract: Generic data access (GDA) defines application program interface services that are needed to access public entity objects for the power system domain. In GDA services, the entity objects are designed on the basis of common information model (CIM). One way to realize ResourceIDService for GDA is proposed in this paper. The ResourceIDService contains get_resource_ids ( ) as well as get_uris ( ) methods. The implementation procedure for that of the two methods are described detailedly. Finally, experimental tests are used to demonstrate the correctness of the realization process for the two methods.
