Abstract: Product promotion designing is an important aspect of product design. Price promotion is a kind of the product promotion, which lead to the success of product design. Based on the existing literatures, this paper introduces the definition of price promotion, types of price promotion, effect of price promotion, the mechanism of price promotion. These are important for designing a successful product promotion.

Abstract: This paper studies the E-Learning theory and technology research to analyze the E-Learning platform mode of learning, presentation design key technology E-Learning platform, and platform architecture and functional analysis, key technologies, system architecture, network topology and functional architecture of the system. Through this project research and development, and ultimately lead-in development framework and run online learning platform, while the cognitive effects of learning learners were evaluated.

Abstract: First, it obtains the university teacher performance evaluation index framework by utilizing Delphi method. Then, it constructs the comprehensive quality evaluation hierarchy model by applying the analytic hierarchy process, to obtain the weight for each index, and based on which to establish fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model. After this, it acquires a new method for university teachers' performance evaluation, and provides examples to prove the feasibility and effectiveness of this method.

Abstract: Under the age of information technology, learners’ demotivators present different traits. The paper conducted a study on a Beijing Local Municipal Senior High School which is city-owned and does not enjoy too much priorities and performed average among all Beijing Middle High schools in terms of college entrance exam rate which would be a barometer of all the high schools in the city. The paper tried to figure out 7 demotivators that distracted middle school students in their process of studying English as a foreign language: learner-level factor, teacher-related competence factor, practicability factor, teacher’s behaviour factor, career plan factor, text length factor and parents’ stress factor. The implication of the SPSS showed that learner related demotivation is one of the biggest demotivators while in the western countries teacher factor is one of the biggest factors demotivating students according to some studies. There is no significant difference between the self-reported less motivated learners and more motivated learners among the middle school students.

Abstract: Beijing Capital Airport as the only national first class airport port in Beijing, has made tremendous contribution to increase trade volume and optimizing trade structure. Firstly, the paper analyzes the influence mechanism of Beijing Capital Airport from the aspects of trade volume and trade structure. Then, the paper discusses in detail the role of the Capital Airport in Beijing to promote import and export trade from the tariff income, the global accessibility and trade structure three aspects. Finally, the paper use Pearson correlation analysis method to analyze the correlation between the capital airport freight volume and high-tech products import-export volume in Beijing, drawn to the conclusion that the development of the airport freight significantly promote the high-tech products export increased.

Abstract: Nowadays, energy consumption has been to be one of the biggest problems in China. It is very important to increase proportion of electric power among the end-use energy market for optimization of end-use energy consumption structure. Research on the status of electrical energy in energy consumption for China is a critical method to improve its development. In this paper, it analyses the electrical energy status in the industry energy consumption from 1995 to 2010. Secondly, status of electrical energy in the final energy consumption has been researched deeply. Finally, it analyses the role of electrical energy in energy consumption according to the curve of data from 1995 to 2010, gives some suggestions for optimization of the energy consumption structure so that save energy.

Abstract: Information Foraging Theory (IFT) explains and predicts how people navigate in response to the information in their environment. It has proven particularly helpful in both behavior prediction and practical utility for Web design. We gleaned from science citation index expanded (SCI-EXPANED) and Social Sciences Citation Index (SSCI) database on web of science, concerning advances in information foraging research. The result indicates that the main research territory is USA accounting for 64.706%, then followed by IRELAND of 11.765%. Accordingly, the organizations are Indiana Univ Natl Univ Ireland Univ Coll Cork, Oregon State Univ Parc and Univ Memphis. The number of publication literature on this topic mainly distributes in recently 7 years, reaching climax of 6 in 2013. And from the analysis of research area, research on computer science accounts for 70.588%. Accordingly the percentage of source title as decision support systems is 11.765%. Overall, the related research topics can be classified in four areas: long tail research, software engineering research, information search behaviour and emergency response. New opportunities for future research are discussed in the end.

Abstract: This article correlation analysis the changes in the capital airport passenger and freight volume and the changes in the industry of Shunyi Airport Economic Zone，mainly includes generating induced ,attract gathered, promote the upgrading and promote the optimization of four stages,and will be at the airport and the airport economic zone chain and evolution mechanism of the linkage development are expounded.

Abstract: Some problems exist in the teaching of video post-processing technique, basing on practice, this paper presents the application of case teaching method in teaching in order to improve the interest of learning. And it introduces the method of copying teaching to culture innovation ability. The teaching method is proved effective.

Abstract: Counsellors’ journal is an important record for everyday’s counsellors’ work situation, it plays an important role in the daily students management work, design of counsellors’ journal management system in CRP digital campus information platform (CRP) is divided into three parts: electronic form content design, the management function design and interconnection & interworking work flow design between counsellors' journal management system and other systems. Students work data collected by the counsellors' journal management system has important guiding significance to the students monitoring and management, student management work could be promoted from the analysis and use of collected data of counsellors’ journal.
