Abstract: The arrival of information age means the change of teaching and learning methods, with the development of computer technology, multimedia technology and network technology, the teaching mode of interaction through the network are also popular to carry out gradually. Abstract: This paper describes how to detect energy consumption automatically, especially based on infrared images. We find a method of combining those pictures efficiently. In order to make a direct conclusion, we make a bar of temperature distribution.

Abstract: Based on the chirp signal radar using DDS technology, the waveform of the wideband chirp signal source is analyzed. By analyzing the system error model, the method that selecting the chirp steps in accordance with the digits of DDS phase truncation is proposed. It reduces the system errors caused by the phase truncation.

Abstract: According to the burst characteristics and uncertainty state of development of disruptive incident,a method for selecting emergency response model of disruptive incident based on cloud model has been proposed. The specific algorithm was analyzed, and implementation steps were given. By using the weighted deviation to measure deviation between actual system and ideal system, and combined with examples, it demonstrates the practicability and effectiveness of the model.

Abstract: Multi-sensor information fusion problem contains many characteristic indexes, and thus it can be resolved using a multi-attribute decision making method. Information entropy is used to objectively determine the attributes weights, and thus it can overcome the subjective randomness. The aim of this paper is to develop a new multi-sensor object recognition method based on close value method. The example of part recognition proves that the proposed method is both feasible and effective.

Abstract: Asset assessment theory research lagging behind the industry development is an important problem existing in current assessment industry, and the construction of theoretical framework system is particularly urgent. Asset appraisal theory frame system is divided into the logical starting point and the theoretical framework. According to the connotation of asset assessment and the concept of the logic starting point in philosophy, the logic starting point of the asset assessment is thought to be the value discovery. According to the relationship to the logical starting point, establish a theoretical framework with four-layers, which takes the value found as the qualitative, nine evaluation factors as the kernel, takes the legal system, exam training, industry, rules and member acknowledges as the outer core, takes the institutional environment, economic environment, social and cultural environment etc. as the evaluating environment.

Abstract: Under the impact of applied-information technology, the colleges have gradually realized the information management. In recent years, with the continuous expansion of the scale of universities, the security incidents caused by students and external social factors have emerged one after another. Many accidents happen in the dormitory. How to rationally assign dormitories and to reduce the unsafe incidences in schools is an important issue in the management of college students. This paper attempts to combine the personal characteristics of college students and the intelligent algorithms to allocate dormitories for college students from a more scientific and smarter perspective. Our algorithm have achieve excellent results and provided a new theoretical basis for the applied-information technology in management of students.

Abstract: Multi-agent simulation could make a contribution to a better understanding of social and economic systems. To some extent, multi-agent simulation can be seen as experimental technique for hypothesis testing and scenario analysis, which can be used complementary and in combination with experiments in social and economic systems. The multi-agent model represent a broad class of models which have been introduced to describe the economic dynamics in a more realistic way. Their building blocks are: the agents are heterogeneous with respect to their various properties like strategies, wealth, time scale,etc; the interaction between them is a fundamental element and, of course, it can have many different characteristics; price dynamics depends on the balance between offer and demand but the specific implementation can be different. In the framework of applied-information technology of microscopic simulation, a multi-agent model of the stock exchange is developed for the case of one type of shares.

Abstract: The aim of this paper is to put forward a new material selection method based on COPRAS method. The method combines the COPRAS method and coefficient of variation method. The new method is simple and easy to use, and coefficient of variation method can objectively determine the attributes weights. Thus it can be easily accepted by decision makers. Finally, a practical example is used to demonstrate the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method.
