Study on the Factors of Partnership Success in Upstream Oil and Gas Industry

Abstract:

Based on social exchange theory, this paper analyzes the factors of partnership success in upstream oil and gas industry. The results show that trust, commitment, the two-way communication and joint problem solving are positively associated with partnership success in upstream oil and gas industry.
