A Study on the Theoretical Value of the Third Cosmic Velocity

Abstract:

The meaning of The Third cosmic velocity is introduced in this paper .recognized value of the third cosmic speed in textbook is 16.7km / s ,then deduced it. To my analysis, noted that the derivation process is open to discussion, put forward my own derivation about The Third cosmic velocity ,the result of the theoretical value is not16.7km / s ,but 13.6km / s.
