Abstract: An approach to specify a RTL-level system using Projection Temporal Logic (PTL) is proposed in this paper. With this approach, a digital system described with Register Transfer Language can be translated into PTL formulae, and properties of the system can be specified by PTL either. Then MSVL(Modeling, Simulation and Verification Language) can be used for detecting the error of the design formally.

Abstract: In the measurement methods of microcosmic surface topography, laser interference microscopy with high precision and non-contact advantages, has been widely used. Based on the current processing algorithms of interference image, this paper studies principally the processing algorithms of single-wavelength laser interferometry and analyses the image processing algorithm of two-wavelength laser interferometry. On the basis of the original measurement precision, the two-wavelength measurement method can extend the depth measurement range and restore effectively the tested surface topography.

Abstract: Differential box-counting of fractal geometry has been widely used in image processing.A method which uses the differential box-counting to segment the gathered images is discussed in this paper . It is to construct a three-dimensional gray space and use the same size boxes to contain the three dimensional space.The number of boxes needed to cover the entire image are calculated .Different sizes of boxes can receive different number of boxes, so least squares method is used to calculate the fractal dimension. According to the fractal dimension parameters, appropriate threshold is chose to segment the image by using binarization .From the handle case of bearing pictures can be seen that image segmentation based on differential box-counting method can get clear image segmentation .This method is easy to understand, to operate, and has important significance on computer image segmentation .

Abstract: In this paper, the surface electromyogram (EMG) signal of the hemiplegic patients and healthy people were collected when completing upper limb movements, then the general EMG characteristic rules of healthy people in common action were analyzed, and the EMG characteristics of hemiplegic patients in time and frequency domain were extracted. By comparing and analyzing the EMG characteristics between the hemiplegic patients and healthy people, the results showed that the order and magnitude of muscle contraction of hemiplegic patients were not comply with the general laws of healthy people, which resulted in disorganized movement.

As an important means of market research, it can provide accurate and timely reference data for large institutions, enterprises operational decisions and integrated management. The system characteristics of industries, using a single camera for vertical shooting ways to monitor counting area. In this paper we studied the implementation method of some common traffic statistics system and key technologies involved, and design video-based traffic statistics system which has high performance and practical value.

Abstract: This paper based on the peculiarity of wavelet transform that its transform only in vacuum region and frequency region, decompose image use the theory of wavelet, obtain a series sub-image of different resolution ratio. The value of higeresolution ratio sub-image is all verge on 0, the phenomenon is more obviously in high frequency, so that, the mainly proportion is low frequency to a image. Use wavelet decomposition get rid of the high frequency, only reservation low frequency, to realize the aim of condensation image. Through the simulation of contradistinctive image of cerebra framework remotion between three-dimensional ultrasonic imaging in course of OPS and MIR preceding OPS validated the feasibility by Matlab.

Abstract: This paper proposes a new variable order affine projection algorithm for acoustic echo cancellation. By exploiting an efficient voice activity detection technique, the proposed algorithm can distinguish the significant and insignificant input data periods. It can thus switch between the higher and lower algorithm orders in these two situations, respectively. Hence, input data reusing can enhance convergence with more input excitation and the computation cost can be saved when the input is relatively weak. Simulations results verify the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm.

Abstract: The traditional fusion rules of multi-focus image are largely centered on the fusion rule of high frequency coefficients, and those rules are all based on single pixel. Which leads to serious ringing effect, and reduces the visual effect of fusion image. The energy of an image is concentrated in the low frequency part after Wavelet Transform, and multi-focus image has the characteristic that the vast majority of adjacent pixels are either the clear area, or the blur area. Based on the above analysis, a new fusion method to multi-focus image is presented in this paper. The simulation results show that the proposed method is more feasible than common methods in processing multi-focus image.

Abstract: Most existing blind equalization algorithms rely on partial or complete channel identification, but the channel order estimation is always a difficult task. In this paper, higher order normalized cumulants analysis is applied to the blind equalization, and a new sixth-second order normalized cumulants blind equalization algorithm based on oversampling is proposed. The proposed method recovers the transmitted sequence adopting optimization algorithm of sixth-second order normalized cumulants without channel identification and channel order estimation. Simulation results show the algorithm's effectiveness.

Abstract: The article deals with a brief description of methodology for monitoring and evaluation road users behavior with usage of video – so-called video analysis of conflict situations, which is used for evaluation of road traffic quality in Czech Republic. There are also presented results of analysis of conflict situations at concrete T-intersection with cranked priority.
