Abstract: The author used CFD software to simulate when group panel-type radiator quantity, space, height of gooseneck have changed, how temperature distribute on the radiator. To obtain when group panel-type radiator quantity, space, height of gooseneck and other factors have changed, the laws of heat transfer efficiency changed and analyzed the reasons for emergence of such laws in theory. The optimal group of panel-type radiator improvement program is explored, to provide guidance for the practical application of engineering.

Abstract: This paper improved the empirical formula so that it can calculate the axial hydro-thrust under different working conditions. Then based on the operational parameters of a hydropower station, two calculation methods were used to calculate axial hydro-thrust and made comparative analysis. The results show that the improved formula is simple in computation and closely combined with parameters like flow, head and speed, and its calculation accuracy satisfies the engineering demand.

Abstract: This paper derives bifurcation and chaos phenomena for the Boost converter under current-mode control. The precise discrete iterative mode is compiled in M file of MATLAB to obtain the bifurcation diagram, the Poincare mapping, the discrete value of output voltage and inductor current; The piecewise smooth switch model is built in Simulink of MATLAB to obtain the phase diagram and the time-domain chart. On the basis of two models, the bifurcation phenomena under variation of a range of circuit parameters including load resistance, have been investigated. Two kinds of model simulation results had the better consistency, which were proved the existence of bifurcation and chaos phenomena in the current-mode Boost converter.

Abstract: Based on the requirement of reactive power compensation of the intelligent power grid, a new type of capacitor switch design is presented. Starting from the characteristics of switching devices, research on the working timing between impulse switch and thermistor, build the controller hardware system based on ARM core, implement of power system parameters’ collection, capacitor switching control and human-computer interaction, etc. The embedded LINUX operating system is proposed for a better solution to multi-task, real-time and upgrade requirements in power intelligent control. At the same time, switching algorithm based on fuzzy control theory is adopted to improve the reliability of this switch.

Abstract: There is certain influence on power flow when photovoltaic power is connected to distribution network, it analyzes the model of photovoltaic power for power flow calculation, and set up the simulation model of distribution network with photovoltaic power. And use power system simulation software (PSSSINCAL) to set up the simulation model, focus on voltage profile and loss when photovoltaic power is connected to distribution network in different positions and different capacity. Finally, confirm the accessing capacity of feeder, and put forward the optimal scheme for photovoltaic power with distribution network.

Abstract: In this paper adaptive ambient noise sound and light controlled LED lamp based on integral mode V-PWM converter is proposed. This converter can complete the integral way of weak voltage amplification and pulse width modulation at the same time, it has the characteristics of good performance of anti-interference, high magnification, high conversion accuracy, simple circuit etc. Adaptive ambient noise sound and light controlled LED lamp is designed using this converter. This LED lamp can work in various occasions with high noise, such as toilet assembling with fan, corridor etc. It has stable work, simple circuit and low cost.

Abstract: High voltage tower climbing robot is mainly used to climb all kinds of tower structure, control system mainly has two aspects, one is the chip microcomputer detecting control system using PIC16F877A as the controller; the other is the total control system used to coordinate various parts of sub function module using the PLC controller as the core. This module control method can improve the efficiency of the whole control system. In addition, the PID algorithm of SIEMENS S7-200PLC is used in catching control, which makes control system more stable and efficient.

Abstract: Deep whole boring machine is a kind of special machine for processing cylindrical parts. In this paper, considering the factory actual situation, an electrical control systems of deep hole boring machine that combine the relays, contactors and PLC control together is designed based on Omron PLC. In addition, using the touch screen monitor, reliability and flexibility of the electric system is improved.
