Abstract: Aiming to characteristics of structure and transmitting medium of gas pipe with high temperature and high pressure, considering the coupling effect of static pressure and temperature, the thermal structure coupling model based on steady-state heat conduction is established according to the finite element theory. So method and process of numerical simulation on thermal structure coupling analysis are proposed. Simulation analysis is carried out for the gas pipe of a dry-gas compressor. The variation characteristic of inner-outer wall is revealed under the different temperature. The results indicate that the numerical modeling and simulation of thermal structure coupling of gas pipe with high temperature and high pressure can be realized. It can provide valuable reference opinions for site construction, real-time monitoring and safety analysis of pipe.

Abstract: Wind turbines is one of the most important components of the wind turbine, design for wind turbines with good wind turbines is the basis of high wind energy utilization coefficient and large economic benefits. Using the theory of Wilson pneumatic designed 100 W horizontal axis wind turbine, in the process of design and design parameters on the vibration performance correction. Finally on rotor vibration modal experiment and pneumatic external characteristic experiment, the experimental results show that the design of the wind turbine at low wind speed can meet the design of the wind energy utilization coefficient, and the wind machine to avoid the resonance region speed at run time, extend the life of the rotor, so as to reduce the design cost.

Abstract: The present situation of precision hill-seeder with whole plastic-film mulching on double ridges on the northwest arid areas was introduced and the structure, performance and characteristics of two different types of precision hill-seeder were analyzed and discussed. On the basis of comparative analyses and research, problems of current hill-seeder were put forward. Combined with the agricultural technology of double ridges, pneumatic and vertical insert precision hill-seeder was designed. Thus, the future research direction of precision hill-seeder was pointed out and the design basis and reference was provided for research of the related precision hill-seeder.

Abstract: As an important part of the automobile assembly, automobile frame bears the complex loads from the road and loaded, and be installed car assembly as the carrier, and thus the frame strength and stiffness in the car overall played a very important role in the design. This article use Solid Works to design a frame of a truck, and focus on using the finite element analysis software ANSYS study mechanical analysis and study of the vehicle frame. Here discussed the pure bending conditions and reverse the conditions of static strength, the static stiffness analysis. The analysis showed that the frame of the stress value is less than the ultimate strength of materials to meet the design requirements, but the intensity is too large, so the economy is relatively poor, while considering the local strength of the frame. According to this characteristic of the truck frame, this paper presents a program on the frame lightweight design, the results of optimization makes the weight of frame to reduce, saving raw materials, lowering production costs, improving fuel economy .

Abstract: Fujian Seismological Bureau and Fujian Marine Research Institute co-established the geophysical exploration platform of “Yanping 2” on basis of a long-term and comprehensive partnership sticking to the principle of equality, reciprocity and complementary advantages. The cooperation meets the requirements of Fujian Seismological Bureau to conduct marine geophysical prospecting and marine seismic observation and research in Taiwan Straits and adjacent areas. According to the cooperation agreement, “Yanping 2”, apart from the its original operation capacity, will be remolded into a vessel compatible to air gun source system and related devices will be installed. The accomplishments of remolded “Yanping 2” demonstrate that the sub-systems of “Yanping 2” can live up to relevant standards, and the remolding and installing of air gun source to “Yanping 2” has been successful.

Abstract: The influence of air distribution modes on boiler efficiency was researched by combustion adjustment tests. Boiler efficiency variation was studied by changing factors such as oxygen content, upper tertiary air, over fire air and secondary air distribution modes. Boiler efficiency reached maximum under 3.9% design oxygen content. Carbon content in fly ash increased as upper tertiary air ratio, consequently boiler efficiency declined. Average furnace flame temperature decreased inversely as over fire air baffle opening, and boiler efficiency variation was small. Under different conditions, boiler efficiency varied within 1.12%. Beam waist air distribution mode obtained the highest boiler efficiency.

Abstract: The paper uses computational fluid dynamics combined with sliding mesh and dynamic layering methods to study the dynamic ground effect of a UVA during the phase of takeoff. The research focused on longitude characteristics, such as lift, drag and pitching moment. Results showed that the aerodynamic force would vibrate acutely, which affected the stability of the UAV and the safety of takeoff. Pitching angle is the most important factor influencing the aerodynamic forces. Increase the pitching angle properly is benefit to the safety of takeoff operation.

Abstract: Milling is a rule in milling machine using the rotation of the milling cutter movement, the movement of the work piece forward movement to machining of cutting method. In processing, the direction of rotation of the milling cutter is generally the same, but the cutting direction of tool is changing.
