Abstract: A simple model of urban passenger transport was developed using computer based software called Long-range Energy Alternatives Planning System (LEAP), the model was used to carry out a research associated with urban passenger transport in Beijing to analyze the situation of energy consumption and environmental emissions ofCO2, CO, CH4, N2O, NOx, and SO2 for the base year 2012 and extrapolated till 2030 for the future predictions. The paper established four scenarios of business as usual, public transport, new energy vehicle, and P&N, and assessed the energy consumption and environmental emissions reduction potential of each scenarios in order to propose an optimal transport policy which have an excellent effect on reducing energy consumption and environmental emissions.

Abstract: Green innovation has been the most important strategy for countries to gain sustainable development because of the popular environmental protection trend. By application of DEA-Malmquist productivity index approach, this paper evaluates the green innovation efficiency from the year 2005 to 2010 on the national, regional, and provincial level in China. The empirical results reveal that the green innovation efficiency at national level increases steadily, but differs a lot between the eastern, middle and western areas, eastern area best, western area worst and middle areas in the middle. Technological progress is the main enabler which promotes the green innovation efficiency of provinces, while the technological efficiency decline is the main barrier which blocks the green innovation efficiency of provinces. Based on the empirical results, this paper proposes the countermeasures to different development level provinces.

Abstract: This paper studies early warning methods for major hazard of hazardous goods in port logistics hub. Firstly, identifying hierarchy method is proposed, after examining related interpretations of the discourse “major hazard” both in China and aboard, elaborating on the essences of this discourse, as well as analyzing its characteristics. Secondly, a comparative analysis of accident warning models which have been adopted at present with high frequency is conducted, through which we suggest a multi-sensor fuzzy data fusion early warning model. In addition, the index factors, the weights, as well as their membership, have been fixed by applying the methods of Analytical Hierarchy Process, and triangular membership functions. Finally, the application with examples demonstrates that this model has successfully achieved fuzzy integration of multi-sensor data, increased the accuracy of early warning-classification grading system, in addition to providing scientific evidence to port early warning management.

Abstract: Hydropower holds the dominant position among renewable energy sources. It is the third-largest source of electricity in China, after coal and gas power. Although hydropower development has brought about many benefits, but it also have many influence on the ecological environment. This paper discusses the direct and indirect environmental effects of hydropower development. Ecological restoration measures are put forward from the perspective of engineering restoration, vegetation restoration, and aquatic ecosystem restoration. It provides a theoretical basis for the ecological protection of hydropower development.

Abstract: With the development of economy, enclosed water area which is represented by lakes and reservoirs has become water environment sensitive areas in our country. The enclosed water pollution made by ships is increasingly serious. To strengthen inland river pollution prevention has become the urgent matter. Based on the ships motile pollution sources, we getting oil pollution information from the ship’s oil pollution monitoring and control system for oil pollution information, using Fay extension process of oil spill and Lagrange tracking method, analyze of oil pollution area and the change of position to lock oil range in advance and implementation pollution control as well as making an emergency response of ship’s pollution monitoring.

Abstract: With the development of China's economy, waterway transport due to large volume, low cost, can at the lowest cost of transportation units to provide the maximum amount of freight is widely used. The ship in traffic and transportation, plays an important role, it also brings many problems. According to the present situation of pollution prevention management of inland river ships, from the maritime supervision, ship oil pollution prevention, ship sewage treatment, put forward four proposals to ship garbage pollution control and air pollution, and provide methods for the management of inland river shipping pollution.

Abstract: In this study, based on the observed surface wind in 8 meteorological stations at coastal locations of Hainan Island, the frequency of sea-land breeze (SLB) is studied to depict the characteristics and spatial-temporal variation of the SLB. The statistics indicate that, because of the large variation in coastal terrain and orientation of the island, the number of SLB days and the duration of the SLB at different stations has significant regional difference and seasonal variations.

Abstract: The automatic weather station data were used to research the evolution and impact factors of tropical island sea breeze convergence in September 2, 2010. Temporal and spatial variation of sea breeze convergence zone, atmospheric background field, physical field and other relevant factors about a typical sea-land breeze process in Hainan Island were diagnostic analyzed. Mesoscale meteorological model WRF was created to simulate the sea-land breeze. The results showed that the subtropical and tropical cyclone were the main synoptic situation which affected the temporal and spatial variation of the sea breeze convergence zone, so there was a significant difference of sea breeze process between both sides of the island. Mesoscale meteorological model WRF simulated the vertical structural features of sea-land breeze circulation and the evolution low of sea breeze convergence zone successfully, resolution of 45 × 15km having a better simulation effect.

Abstract: Take the test zone 110 sampling plots of soil nutrient content as the research data, to study the correlation between the soil nutrient content and the corn yield. It used the grey system theory to analysis the correlation between the content of soil nutrient, and established GM (1, N) prediction model. Soil nutrient correlation degree analysis showed that the correlation coefficient of available phosphorus and available potassium were 0.4742, 0.4492, it has a significant effect on the corn yield, the average prediction error of the GM (1, N) model was 7.38%. The model reflected the relationship between soil nutrient content and the corn yield well; it can be used to predict the yield test area.
