Abstract: Water under the fibre saturation point affects many aspects of the performance of the cellulose. Therefore an understanding of the interaction of water with cellulose is essential for the interpretation and prediction of cellulose response. Because of the complicated structure and the different possibilities of the hydrogen-bonds formation, the mechanism of water sorption in water-cellulose system has been studied by different techniques. This paper gave an outline of the structure of cellulose, also an overview of the researches of the mechanism of cellulose-water interaction using nuclear magnetic resonance. Further observations were made aiming at having a deeper understanding of the water-cellulose system.

Abstract: Airport depot is not a separate entity, which together refueling facilities form airport fuel supply systems. Safety education of airport depot is an important measure to improve the quality of employees’ security awareness and practitioners, control and reduce accidents, improve enterprise security management. In order to improve the effectiveness of airport security depot safety education, this paper summarizes the necessity, objects, features and the content, combined with practical work experience in analyzing the shortcomings of the existing depot safety education, it provides some recommendations to improve safety education, including the establishment of the training system, adjusting training ideas and clear training methods, which provides some reference for other companies or industries.

Abstract: Safety accidents often occur in highway construction projects, for which the causations are not only from the safety management, but also from the construction techniques and equipments. The paper mainly introduces several advanced construction techniques and equipments in the highway construction abroad, which include ITS Technology. The Grader with Digitization System, Wireless Monitoring Technology, 4D Visualization Model. Applications of these techniques in highway construction can effectively reduce and prevent accidents, and improve the level of highway construction safety.

Abstract: This article, according to engineering geological exploration and mapping data of landslides, describes the characteristics of the typical landslide in eastern Menyuan Basin, including the main landslide body, the surface of rupture and the base of the landslide. And then, through applying GEO-SLOPE finite element software, the evolvement process is analyzed by simulating the formation of dynamics mechanism.

Abstract: In order to guarantee the safety and smooth of road traffic in low temperature season, deicing salt is usually adopted to solute the problem of bridge deck snow. However, the frequent use of de-icing salt causes the salt frozen erosion damage of concrete, at the same time, it induces to internal corrosion of steel bars and concrete material performance, furthermore, it will also result in the bridge structure durability degradation, shorten the service life of the bridge. Aiming at this phenomenon, this paper analyzes the mechanism of concrete frost damage, and put forward the corresponding prevention measures.

Abstract: A large number of radionuclides were discharged into oceans after the Fukushima nuclear crisis. In this paper, we employed ROMS to simulate the circulation of water around Japan. We evaluated the temporal and spatial distribution of radionuclides originated from Fukushima NPP, such as: Cs-137, Cs-134 and I-131. Then, we utilized MCNP 5 to assess the external nuclear impact of these nuclides in water and obtained the effective dose rate distribution in the coast water around Fukushima NPP.

Abstract: This paper discussed the factors that affect the height of water fractured zone, and they were divided into primary and secondary factors, in order to construct a system that included factors that affect the height of water fractured zone. By using the BP neural network model, this paper chose the thickness of coal seam, roof lithology, tilt angle of coal seam, overburden hardness, working face length, advance speed and rock bulking to be the primary factors in order to simplify the model and accelerate speed. If the mining geological condition was clear, we could ignore the secondary factors. Prediction results showed that the simplified BP model could meet the accuracy of the height prediction of water fractured zone and the prediction method could provide technical guidance and a certain safety for coal mining under water.

Abstract: In order to reduce the human factor risk in drilling process, the author analyzed the primary reason of human factor risk in drilling process, selected twelve risk control measures and toke Delphi method to quantify the human factor risk mitigation capacity resulting from the selected risk control measures. The results shows that the human risk control measures exist in three tiers of effectiveness that with each tier being separated by nearly an order of magnitude, and the types of most risk mitigation are risk codes such as injury by machine, fall from height, contact with harmful material. And the most minimally risk mitigation ones are muscle strain, fire explosion and other types. Finally these data, which will be valuable for drilling companies to strategically allocate limited resources to their safety management plan, can evaluate the expected effectiveness resulting from risk control measures.

Abstract: The risk analysis of ecological environment healthy is limited by multi-factors, high dimensional data, small samples and incomplete information. This paper develops a method of risk analysis model of ecological environment, which is combined with the combination with projection pursuit method and the information diffusion theory. This model spreads the risk information of the actual observation data to the properties of the risk threshold in order to explore the nonlinear relationship between them and calculates the risk probability of the whole ecological environment. This paper takes 35 cities as study objects, evaluates the risk grade of ecological environment of each city and estimates the comprehensive risk probability of ecological environment healthy in China. The research result shows: most of those cities are in the "less safety" risk grade and "unsafety" risk grade. And the whole ecological environment healthy is in high-risk and shows the unstable condition.

Abstract: Through the analysis of the external factors including the engineering geological and hydro geological conditions of the collapse and internal factors, the collapse is divided into 6 period of different areas, and the paper determine the types of collapse and make stability analysis one by one. Then the steady state is determined. Based on the protection of the combination of bank collapse object, the corresponding treatment methods are put forward. A comprehensive comparison among the technical degree of difficulty, degree of environmental protection, construction and economy has been made. Eventually the implementation plan is recommended.
