Abstract: In this paper, the nonlinear analysis is conducted for the car-following model with the consideration of the anticipation effect in single line, which was proposed by Peng guanghan. We study the nonlinear characteristics of the model by applying the reductive perturbation method, and drive the Burgers equation, the Korteweg-de-Vries (KDV) equation and the modified Korteweg-de-Vries (MKDV) equation respectively. We find that the above nonlinear equations for this model are identical with those equations for the Full velocity difference model.

Abstract: With the development of national economy and the increasing demand for the road transportation, the vehicles are widely used. The dynamic loads imposed by moving vehicles have variations due to the surface roughness and the larger dynamic loads can affect the pavement performance and life. In order to improve the accuracy of the reconstruction of the road roughness, the time series model—AR model was established based on the given standard pavement roughness PSD which can provide the theory conditions of vibration control and the interaction between vehicles and road.

Abstract: With the progress of highway construction technology and the difficulty of operation, cross-operation becomes emerging constantly, but safety accidents also appear constantly and the problem is how to ensure the cross-operation security. In order to ensure the safety of highways cross operation, we evaluated the security of cross-operation. We choose the method of fuzzy AHP which can quantify the qualitative data. In the selection of indicators, we choose “exchange of information” as an index which evaluated the security of cross-operation of YIBA highway construction by fuzzy AHP.

Abstract: Anchorage location selection is one of important factors concerning the safety of vessel in the Yangtze river. On the basis of the characteristics of the inland ports and channels, this paper fully considers the safety of anchoring vessels, the surrounding facilities and the vessels sailing nearby, refines the influence factors of anchorage location selection in the Yangtze river, analyses the influence factors individually, evaluates comprehensively influence factors of the Yangtze river anchorage location selection by using the multi-objective optimization method, constructs the Yangtze river anchorage location selection comprehensive evaluation model, and gives an example of anchorage location selection in Ezhou port as application instance. The establishment of the model enriches the theory related to inland river anchorage, provides theoretical guidance for the Yangtze river anchorage location selection.

Abstract: At present, manual method for acquiring discontinuity 2D density is inefficient and error-prone. This paper proposes a digital method based on 3D digital traces model. And Mauldon method has been chosen to estimate 2D density comparing with Kulatilake and Wu method. It makes study on 2D density much more convenient. The results of study with this method show feasibility and efficiency of the new method and Mauldon method for estimating has been tested to be accurate in this paper.

Abstract: In this paper, we study compressed sensing algorithm and image authentication algorithm, present a grayscale image vulnerability authentication system based on compressed sensing. The system extracts the original grayscale image edge information by prewitt algorithm and observes the edge information by compressed sensing algorithm of OMP to generate the observation matrix . Then, the system scrambles the observation matrix by arnold transform algorithm and embeds it into the original grayscale image by singular value decomposition algorithm. We make experiment in order to test the system. The result is shown that the algorithm has good imperceptibility and can resist copying attack.

Abstract: This paper presents novel pedestrian detection approach in video streaming, which could process frames rapidly. The method is based on cascades of HOG-LBP (Histograms of Oriented Gradients-Local Binary Pattern), but combines non-negative factorization to reduce the length of the feature, aiming at realizing a more efficient way of detection, remedying the slowness of the original method. Experiments show our method can process faster than HOG and HOG-LBP, and more accurate than HOG, which has better performance in pedestrian detection in video streaming.

Abstract: Image classification is a image processing method which to distinguish between different categories of objectives according to the different features of images. It is widely used in pattern recognition and computer vision. Support Vector Machine (SVM) is a new machine learning method base on statistical learning theory, it has a rigorous mathematical foundation, builts on the structural risk minimization criterion. We design an image classification algorithm based on SVM in this paper, use Gabor wavelet transformation to extract the image feature, use Principal Component Analysis (PCA) to reduce the dimension of feature matrix. We use orange images and LIBSVM software package in our experiments, select RBF as kernel function. The experimetal results demonstrate that the classification accuracy rate of our algorithm beyond 95%.

Abstract: A way to recognize printed characters based on BP network was proposed in this paper. It was implemented with C language. After a lot of experiments, the experimental results show that the character recognizer has good validity and correctness. The printed characters can be successfully recognized within the reasonable range of error rate.

Abstract: For Offset error and Gain error brought by multi-channel parallel alternate technology in high-speed data acquisition system, this paper proposes a progressive dynamic balance of error normalized calibration method. And in the high-speed data acquisition system of 1GSPS experimental platform consisting of 8 ADC, the program is carried out by experiments. The results show that the method is simple, practical and stable and meets the design requirements.
