Abstract: Hemorrhagic shock (HS) is a leading cause of death in both military and civilian settings. Fluid resuscitation is the most effective way for treating HS, but under and over resuscitation often occur due to the limited medical personal and experience. To improve the situation, we design a smart system and conduct animal experiments in order to verify whether the system is effective than traditional resuscitation method. A hemorrhage-resuscitation dog model is established and eighteen male mongrel dogs are randomly divided into three groups. The control group receives only intubation while the other two experimental groups receive resuscitation either with traditional method (TM) or with the smart resuscitation method (SRM). The results show that the SRM group maintains the target blood pressure for a longer time and has a compelling effect on reducing fluid needs compared with the TM group. The blood gas analysis also shows better in the SRM group. According to the experiments, the system conducts better results for prehospital treatment of HS, especially when medical supplies and expertise is limited or delayed. Therefore, it might play a role for battlefield and civilian occasions.

Abstract: This paper presents an Embedded Smart Home system solution using the Internet of things. The Smart Home system can be sectioned into four parts: wireless sensor network, embedded smart gateway, Server and Client. The major technical of the wireless sensor network is ZigBee. The wireless sensor network is developed based on the Z-Stack protocol stack and the wireless chip CC2530. Its main work is to sensor the environmental parameter of the house and the automation control of the electrical equipment in the house. It can also support the RFID access control and camera monitor. ARM microprocessor is the core of the Embedded Smart Home control system. It adopts the embedded Linux technology, the development platform is Qt. The gateway communicates with the wireless sensor network by the serial port. It communicates with Server by the TCP socket and transmits to each client, or communicates with the client by using the wireless communication module directly. It also provides the user interface for sensor data check and real time control equipment. The server plays a role of bridge. It is mainly responsible for the communication and big data processing between the client and the control center. Partial hardware electric diagram and software flowchart were provided. Field using indicates that this system is economical and flexible.

Abstract:

The cooperation is the most important for a multi-agent system (MAS). In order to research the cooperation, creating a multi-agent general cooperation model, that not only thinking about the cooperation solving way, but also thinking about the cooperation necessity and how to solve the conflicts, was a feasible method. However, the cooperation model might be inefficient. This paper suggested, based on the singular value decomposition (SVD), simplifying multi-agent cooperation data, and then improving the general cooperation model. According to the simulation results, the improved model had higher efficiency and can provide a more reliable tool for the study of the cooperation in MAS.

Abstract: Based on the characteristics of power cables, an intelligent online monitoring system is constructed for failure detection and positioning. The implementation idea is illustrated and the main functions of the system are introduced in this paper. When power cable is destroyed or stolen, the system will send warning messages to alert the power management department. The actual applications show that the system has the advantages of convenience, low cost and high reliability.

Abstract: Unmanned Surface Vehicle (USV) has very complex forces and states when sailing at sea. While the optimization of USV via regression equations usually has a lower precision. Rapidity and seakeeping tests have been conducted based on a USV model of JUST. The rapidity test is mainly ship model resistance test and the seakeeping tests include wave added resistance test, hydrostatic pitching test, pitching and heaving test under the wave. Response surfaces fitting vectors of rough water resistance, pitching significant value, heaving significant value is established while using VC++ language to write second-order response surface fitting programs after dimensionless conversion of test data. Mathematical model of USV navigation performance synthetical optimization is proposed, including systems of rapidity, maneuverability and seakeeping. A layered parallel genetic algorithm (L-P-GA) optimization program is written in VC++ language, which can optimize a variety of conditions with different design speed and displacements. The results indicate that the optimization method has a higher precision and it can provide an opportunity to optimize the navigation performance of USV effectively.

Abstract: Based on the pioneer work of Konishi et al, an improved coupled-map car-following model is proposed by considering the effect of information about two preceding vehicles to the considered one. The stable conditions under which the traffic jam can be suppressed are analyzed by applying control theory. The results are compared with that of Konishi et al. The simulation results show that the new model with the control strategy could suppress the traffic jam more effectively.

It identified five specific analysis of the control grid enterprise asset management risks, and choose the actual data for empirical analysis.

Abstract: This paper makes the historical data which customers bought the products as the foundation, and suggests a method of personalized product design knowledge acquisition based on knowledge reduction and knowledge mining. Firstly, the core matrices of each specific customer group were taken as the decision variables of the decision table based on the key customer segmentation. Secondly, the knowledge reduction algorithm of Skowron discernibility matrix was use to acquire the product design information by reducing the decision table, and deleting the redundant and even product matrices that are not necessary. Thirdly, the product design information was taken as the initial data of knowledge mining, and the product design knowledge of specific customer group was obtained by a classification consistency algorithm. Finally, the stroller experimental design was taken as a case study by online interaction based on Web technology, and the conclusion of the study showed that the method was feasible.

Abstract: Based on the analysis of the evaluation indexes of high sustainable buildings in the developed countries, the evaluation index system of high resilient and sustainable buildings against multi-hazards are established. The decision framework of multi-hazard sustainable buildings is designed in three layers, which integrates the group decision-making theory, the optimization algorithm and the information management technology. It has the important significance for the decision mechanism of multi-hazard sustainable buildings.

Abstract: In the research of urban disaster risk assessment, data is the most basic element. Accurate, comprehensive, high quality data is essential to ensure the accuracy of disaster analysis and disaster risk classification. The systematic methods of data acquisition, processing and management and analysis need to be studied. In this paper, based on the analysis of characteristics of urban-disasters composite risk assessment data, the risk assessment database is designed. According to processing phase, the database is divided into four sub-databases: gathering database, general database, study area database and history database. The logic design for all the databases are discussed. The updating mechanism is built for the database and continuance updating is realized.
