Application of AC Chopping Voltage Controller in Coiling Coater

Abstract:

In this paper a series of research is done on an AC chopping voltage controller which is based on DSP. And the control principle is analyzed and the control circuit based on TMS320F2812 is designed. And then the details of the power supply is presented, such as the topology structure, the working principles of the main loop and the design of the hardware control system . The power supply herein has the merits of wide range regulation of voltage, high power-factor, the ease of harmonic filtering and so on. The effectiveness and validity of the design is certified by the experimental results.
