Abstract:

The night train was greatly welcomed by the market because of its advantages of excellent arrival-departure time, comfortable and time saving. Now, with the development and perfection of national high-speed rail network, the basic condition of operating night train on high-speed railway has been provided. This article analyzes the adaptability of night trains running on the Beijing-Guangzhou high-speed railway based on condition of vehicles and servicing depots along the way and then puts forward correlated suggestions. Based upon the operation scheme date of night trains on Beijing-Guangzhou high-speed railway, the allocation plan of night train has been studied under the existing system of railway management in our country, which has the certain realistic directive significance to practical application.
