The Reliability and Operation Analysis of the Landing Support System

Article Preview

Abstract:

This article presented the issues concerning the landing support systems of the aircraft. Their functioning may be supported, among others, in case of satellite systems, by the EGNOS system. The structures were characterised and the operation of these systems was described. Then, the reliability and operation analysis of the landing support systems of the aircraft was conducted. As a result, the relationships, which allow to determine values of probabilities of considered systems' staying in the distinguished states, were obtained.
