On Commonality and Particularity of Urban Pattern Features

Abstract:

The Urban spatial pattern is an important characteristic of a city. In this article, the burning social problem of urban identity crisis is discussed, and then, the features of urban pattern are explored according to relationship between commonalities and particularities of urban pattern in Chinese feudalism, and access path of modern urban pattern features are expounded, i.e. the urban pattern features are remodeled by the city’s commonality as the background and its particularity as a bright spot.
