Research on the Multifunctional Rotary Bowl Making Machine

Abstract:

For the needs of current growers, a multifunctional and continuous rotary bowl machine had been designed. The automatic bowl making technical scheme had been developed. The host structure and related parameters had been designed. The each part of the virtual prototyping was modeled and assembled by Pro/Engineer software. While simple in structure, the machine is highly efficient in bowl making and low in the damage rate. It can be widely used in the production of the required nutritional bowls including the fruits, flowers, corn and other crops etc.
