Abstract: By means of the establishment of thermal stability evaluation model and simulating in Hua-feng factory residential building ,the influence law of thermal properties on building thermal stability are obtained, especially the influence law of heat storage on building thermal stability and the best thermal inertia index value of envelope enclosure in Hot-humid and Cold-humid Area.

Abstract: To research the brick masonry wall between windows under the low cyclic load test. Combining with ABAQUS finite element software simulated the wall between windows. Analyze the destruction process, ductility and seismic performance of the wall between windows. Explore the beneficial influence on the wall between windows which under the pressure. The results of study show that the brick masonry wall between windows occurred flexural failure. With the increase of pressure, the ductility of Brick masonry wall between windows will be decreased. But the yield load, maximum bearing capacity and limit bearing capacity is improved obviously. When compared 0.3MPa,the maximum bearing capacity under 0.4MPa, 0.5MPa, 0.6MPa increased by 8.3% , 16.4% and 23.9%. The seismic performance was improved. It had good engineering significance in practice.

Abstract: In this paper, with a high-intensity reinforced concrete frame structure as the prototype, the calculation of isolated structures is through mature finite element software or MIDAS / Gen to calculate and analyze the five structure models of the 8 degrees Area established as the original five-layer structure model. The results show that the use of steel or reinforced concrete in floor will increase the structural seismic response with the interlaminar shear and interlaminar displacement increase. And storey isolation structure’s acceleration response is significantly less than that of the non-isolated structure.

Abstract: Brackets is the ancient Chinese wooden building unique ways and one of the main features of the structure. Its dual function of both structural and architectural: An important component of both the structure itself, because of its flexible features tenon, the dynamic response of the structure can absorb greater energy, play a good role in the earthquake; But it is also a special architectural ornament, can play the effect of beautifying buildings. Therefore, this paper based on the finite element software ABAQUS brackets by the force of the mechanism of failure modes and numerical simulation analysis for the brackets and the whole structure of the wood to provide a scientific assessment and reinforcement.

Abstract: In this paper, Superpave analysis system is adopted to determine the mix proportion of asphalt mixture. Performance tests were carried out on this basis. The results show that there is an improper content range of fine aggregate to improve the high temperature stability of asphalt mixture. But the more fine aggregate content, the better low-temperature crack resistance stability.

Abstract: Faced with the energy problem in current society, this article proposes a new view of architecture and energy. Starting from elaborating the notion of architectural performalism, integrated with the evolution and status of architectural agenda of energy, this article presents energy shaping as a practical strategy of architectural performalism on basis of the energy issues.

Abstract: In this article, I use the finite element software ANSYS to research reinforced concrete the floor open a hole and the floor doesn't open hole when under horizontal load to cracking of concrete structure by the elastic stage, to the rebar yield, until the whole process of component damage is analyzed, and by comparing the two model of crack propagation and deformation on load. The corner of floor with a hole is easy to crack.

Abstract: Carbon emission is the final standard to test green building, and it's highly correlated with PM2.5. So, it's very important to establish a clear urban carbon reduction target to research accumulation and assessment framework of carbon emissions data, also, it's more important to establish a calculation model with high reliability of carbon emission used to evaluate the data. The carbon emission of construction is an important criterion to evaluate low-carbon index of construction. In this article, it takes a detailed analysis of carbon emission factors in .the construction life cycle with construction phase, usage and maintenance phase, and demolition recovery phase. At the same time, by the contrast and analysis, we can see that carbon emissions of renovation projects are much smaller than that of new projects, and making recommendations for reducing emissions.

Abstract: Building energy consumption has become large energy consumption in our country. In order to realize the full range of buildings energy-saving, this paper designed a building energy monitoring system and which can effective measure, monitor, control and regulate each energy equipment and systems within the building. It makes a large number of dispersed energy data sort, optimization, control and reasonable allocation by combining networking technology and cloud computing technology, forming the construction of community energy overall control, optimization, service and redistribution system. Finally realizes the monitoring, control of buildings energy consumption, achieving the purpose of saving the energy.

Abstract: In this paper, performance characteristics of and synthesis processes for monocomponent polyurethane waterproof coatings are introduced in detail. The effects of molar ratio of NCO/OH, mass ratio of N220/330N, and content of the NCO group, as well as the performance impact of dibutyl phthalate (DBP) are discussed. In addition, common defects in monocomponent polyurethane waterproof coatings and their prevention methods are also discussed. On the basis of the discussion presented, it can be concluded that great attention should be paid to common defects in paint production and paint application so that they can be prevented before their occurrence. Such prevention can guarantee the perfect facade of coating decoration.
