NC Milling of Profiled Screw

Abstract:

Machining of the variable pitch screw is difficult in mechanical manufacturing and that of variable pitch and depth screw is more difficult.This paper argues about applying macro program to machine profiled screw in NC milling machine tool and the result is of satisfaction.This provides another method for the machining of profiled screws.
