Abstract: The method of HFMFs (Hypertrapezoidal Fuzzy Membership Functions) is a new mechanism for designing multidimensional fuzzy sets. HFMFs models the correlation that exists between the variables of the state space. Therefore, it is able to describe the problems of fuzzy situation more exactly. As we known, it needs a great many information to evaluate the risk level for VE using fuzzy synthetic evaluation method. However, there are lots of difficulties to get the needed information for VE. Accordingly, the HFMFs method is introduced to estimate the risk level of VE. Considering not only the relations between different fuzzy sets but also the method of HFMFs is able to describe the problems of fuzzy situation more exactly with less information. Consequently, the HFMFs method is more suitable to the virtual enterprise with little historical experiences than the fuzzy synthetic evaluation method. Simulation has shown that this method is a simple and effective risk evaluation method for VE.

Abstract: It’s the library’s duty to offer barrier-free service for the disabled. And applied-information technology is applied into the barrier-free service, which may be found helpful to promote the disabled readers’ initiatives and help them seek for information conveniently in library. There are some measures university library can take to offer barrier-free service with applied-information technology such as opening more free computer-training classes for disabled readers to improve their information skills, offering aural OPAC service, posting the copies of library resources by E-mail and providing assistive technology and equipment related to information service. In addition to these measures, some activities like enriching the spiritual and cultural life of the disabled readers and increasing the communication between able-bodied people and the disabled.

Abstract: When the packet loss rate is high in the wireless networks, the performance of network coding wireless broadcasting retransmission scheme becomes worse. Aiming at the problem of network coding wireless broadcasting retransmission scheme, high loss improved broadcasting retransmission approach based on network coding is proposed. Simulation results demonstrate that compared with the traditional wireless broadcasting retransmission scheme and the network coding wireless broadcasting retransmission scheme, high loss improved broadcasting retransmission approach based on network coding can ensure the ensure the reliability and effectiveness of the transmission in wireless broadcasting network.

Abstract: On the condition that there are no available cooperative nodes, this paper proposes self-cooperative network coding. Self-cooperative network coding is proposed. The main idea is that the sender makes use of time diversity technologies to offer cooperative information by itself. One advantage of self-cooperative network coding is that with the increase of the number of packets, successful transmission rate become high. Consequently, self-cooperative network coding provides a solution for reliable transmission of the large file in wireless communications.
