Abstract: Product innovation design is challenging due to the complexity of the industrial environment, the changing needs of markets and customers, the effect of intense social competition, and the unpredictability of the future. This paper presents in a systematic analysis of reliability method on industrial product innovation design in order to illustrate what the real meaning of reliability method and how it works on the product innovation design. It also clarifies the relationship between reliability method and product innovation design, reflecting the function of reliability method on each work stage. It is concluded that a suitable thinking mode should be applied on the corresponding design, and it will enhance the effectiveness of innovative product design in general.

Abstract: Different people have different opinions toward industrial design based on different perspectives and be lacking in some integral method to guide. It proposed the method of “5W1H” to be applied to understand design and structured the model of “5W1H” in industrial design. And then it discussed the contents and requirements of “5W1H” in design combining the product design. The research results showed that the way of applying the method of “5W1H” to understand design offers an integral perspective and which is feasible. In the end, it pointed out that “5W1H” in industrial design can be regarded as a behavior to understand the design works as well as a strategy to guide the specific design practice.

Abstract: With the concept of an environmental-friendly and energy saving society deepening, people are enhancing their demands of the green ecologicalization of modern packaging design. With the continuous development of products and packaging forms, packaging materials presents a development tendency of diversification. The maturity of people's concept of environmental protection promotes packaging designs transform into green ecologicalization. The green ecologicalization of packaging designs and packaging materials is undoubtedly a main direction of packaging designs in the future development. Based on this point, this article discusses about the application of green ecological packaging materials in modern packaging designs.

Abstract: The grain farmers in Heilongjiang have made significant contributions to national food security, but they always have been plagued by the lower income. Based on the survey data of reclamation’s grain farmers, the paper selects the multiple linear regression models and uses stepwise to analyze the influencing factors of grain farmers’ income in Heilongjiang reclamation. The results show that total sown areas, proportion of the plain areas, total cost of input, annual labor work days, highest education in family and cadre relatives are the main influencing factors of grain farmers’ income in Heilongjiang reclamation.

Abstract: Heilongjiang, as the nation’s major commodity food base and major food production province, has been among the front rank of nation’s food output. The paper constructs the coordination index to judge the coordination between food production and farmers’ income with reference to the comparative advantage theory. Finally, the paper gets the conclusion that Heilongjiang is the most unbalance provinces of whole China. If want to change the situation, Heilongjiang governments should improve farmers’ income growth.

Abstract: Panicle related characteristics of rice have close relationship with rice yield. Among the 48 panicle related characteristics of rice DUS test, 8 quantitative characteristics were used to research whether environmental changes had impact on their expression. Results showed that, (1) in general, measurements of the 8 characteristics of the same variety in different environments were visibly different, and when measurements were translated into “notes” according to “DUS Test Guideline of Rice”, such difference could be narrowed, indicating the 8 characteristics were sensitive to environmental changes, while corresponding expression states and “notes” could weaken such influence; (2) from the results of SPSS statistic analysis, environment factor were less influential than variety factor to the 8 characteristics; (3) compared with previous research, the 8 panicle related quantitative characteristics were less affected by environmental changes than quantitative characteristics of vegetative growing period; (4) “notes” difference of the same variety in different environments were correlated with significance analysis of environment impact on characteristic expression, revealing the potential of statistic analysis in checking the availability of results of DUS tests gained from different test locations. To reduce the impact of environmental changes to characteristic expression, suggestion of fixing the DUS test of the same plant genus and species in one appointed station was also made in this study.

Abstract: This paper reported the extraction conditions of polyphenols compounds by ultrasonic wave and its bacteriostasis from sweet corncob. The yield of Polyphenol was selected as the index which determined by the Folin-Ciocalteu assay, single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment of ultrasound power, the extraction time, the methanol concentration (volume fraction) and solid-liquid ratio had been taken out. The result of orthogonal experiment showed that the best ultrasound power, the extraction time, the methanol concentration (volume fraction) and solid-liquid ratio were 520W, 20min, 1:10 (g/mL) and 80%, respectively. Calculation showed that the yield of Polyphenols up to 2.85%.The extract of Polyphenols from sweet corncob showed that it had bacteriostasis to Escherichia Coli, Bacillus Subtilis and Staphylococcus Albus.
