Abstract: For the output voltage of traditional regulators have problems of unstable and unreliability. The chopping control system based on PLC control is designed. This paper takes the PLC intelligent processor as core of the system and uses IGBT constitute chopping circuit. Voltage signal possessed by fuzzy PID export PWM wave to control IGBT opened and closed achieve voltage regulation. The experiment result shows that the system has advantages of simple circuit, rapid current control, and high level automation.

Abstract: In this paper, the effects on measurement missing distance due to the movement of target are analyzed, and the new method for missing distance measurement error correcting based on space coordinates correction is studied. With the optimal one-dimensional search algorithm in the miss distance calculation obviously increase the processing speed. The simulation results show that this kind of error correction method can effectively reduce the miss distance measurement error.

Abstract: The servo control methods of 6-DOF motion configuration are researched. Based on analysis for characteristic of the motion configuration, the control strategy and control law used on the motion control system are presented. The controller in velocity tracking loop and location loop are respectively designed by frequency correcting method and normal control method which belongs to classical control theory. Sliding mode variable structure control method is presented for location control law designing, against the super low velocity creep caused by friction disturbance, so that the problem of location control loop low velocity creeping is solved, and a simulating experimentation demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed approach.

Abstract: Based on analysis for characteristic of the motion configuration, the control strategy and control law used on the motion control system are presented. The controller in velocity tracking loop and location loop are respectively designed by frequency correcting method and normal control method which belongs to classical control theory. The problem of location control loop low velocity creeping is solved. A simulating experimentation demonstrates the effectiveness of the proposed approach.

Abstract: Currently, the application of permanent magnet synchronous motor is in a wide range of electric vehicle. Field oriented control algorithm is the main way to control permanent magnet synchronous motor, the magnetic field oriented control must be precise to get the rotational position of the motor. Therefore, the performance of the motor position sensor directly affects the accuracy of the magnetic field oriented control. There are three main kinds of sensors: photoelectric position sensor, magnetic position sensor and magnetic sensor. Due to its superior performance, the application of magnetic position sensors is increasingly widespread. This paper designed permanent magnet synchronous motor position detection circuit for the position of permanent magnet synchronous motor based on TLE5012 used to detect the position and 32-bit micro-controllers Infineon TC1767 used as the main chip.

Abstract: The considerable variability of architecture and function realization of smart substation, which differ from traditional substations, makes the range of protection function check no longer restricted to one device, so it is necessary to carry out thorough monitoring and testing for various inks of functional implementation [1-2]. For this purpose, the automatic checking of protection functions for smart substation is researched, and a scheme for the implementation of the automatic checking is designed [3-4]. By means of adding various checking manners to application software implementation of the devices of protection system for smart substation, the checking and detection of various function implementation links of the protection system are performed, and by use of the expert system based on Dempster-Shafer theory a real-time virtual checking scheme is configured and through real-time analysis on checking information the conclusion of the checking is obtained. The proposed scheme enhances the self-diagnosis and self-monitoring ability of protection system for smart substation and gives full play to the superiority in digital information acquisition and information interaction of digital substation, so it can be used to the checking during on-site commissioning, besides, partial functions can be also used to perform on-line monitoring of protections being operated [5-9].

Abstract: Feeder switch of mine guarantees safe operation of underground power supply system. In order to solve the poor stability and reliability of the current mining feeder switch, the article puts forward an dual-core intelligent protection device of feed switch based on DSP. The device to TMS320C6678 as control core of measure and control module collect electrical and deal with signal analysis in the grid. The DSP make instruction of protection operation. The equipment with ATmega128 as control core of management module complete the function of setting parameters and showing results of the measurement. The experimental results show that the device movement is stability , sensitivity. The equipment is high reliability and the scheme is feasible.

Abstract: In this paper, the infrared signal is collected through the Cassegrain optical system, and then before exhaust thermistor detector is collected infrared signal into a voltage signal in the converted voltage signal corresponding processing, such as signal amplification, filtering and demodulation processing, the processed signal and system parameters in real-time control of the comparisons of the relative distance of the vehicle in front, followed by the MCU through the vehicle in front distance value judgments and to follow up the speed of vehicles, in order to achieve the use of infrared technology to detect the distance of the vehicle in front, and unmanned exploration technology focal car fleet .
