Abstract:

The paper empirical and comparison analysis job burnout that freeway policeman of Shandong Province. The results showed that low achievement is a key issue that it has changed the hierarchy of job burnout. Some suggestions are offered for organizations to cope with job burnout of freeway policeman to the research results.
