Study on the Management Mode of Seaplane Navigation Safety

Article Preview

Abstract:

Seaplanes are seemed as ships when they are on the water surface. The first civil seaplane project was carried out in China in the year of 2012. Therefore, the management modes and regulations for seaplane navigation safety are to be studied. Starting from the characteristics of seaplane and its special requirement on navigation safety management, the three dimension (3D) structure for the Management Mode of Seaplane Navigation Safety (MMSNS) is designed based on the Hall 3D structure in System Engineering, together with its model structure. Accordingly, MMSNS is established and its composition is analyzed.
