Abstract: This paper presents a new hysteresis current control method for APF(active power filter) that can reduce switching losses effectively by means of adjusting the hysteresis band width according to the current size. On one hand, this method adjust the overall hysteresis band width according to the size of absolute norm of three-phase current that optimize the overall switching frequency, reduce the total switching losses effectively. On the other hand, it adjust hysteresis band width of each phase by comparing the output reference current to reduce the switching times which switching losses is larger, while increasing the switching frequency which switching losses is smaller, so as to maintain overall control precision. Computer simulation is conducted on an electromagnetic transient program. The results show that the new method can effectively reduce the switching losses under the same control accuracy and total switching frequency.

Abstract: A simulation model about photovoltaic array which can track the maximum power point with the function of changing the it's resistances' structure is developed based on PSCAD. By the simulation of connecting the model with a associated electro circuit, we can draw the conclusion that the model can almost review the character of the actual device. Abstract: Single-chip microcomputer MSP430F44 is the core control chip of the multifunction TIG welding controller, MCU is produced by TI and 16-bit flash type, the chip control system uses C430 language to modular software programming, coordination with other subroutines by the main program module , through a simple interface conditioning circuitry on a TIG welder can achieve a variety of welding processes, the welding flexible demand is satisfied. One of the most important module of the welding current waveform generator module, the welding waveform parameters are automatically generated by two way, one is the welding methods, the other is the welding parameters, then judge the input signal of the welding gun, when the gun is pressed, the corresponding waveform output; the welding current waveform output can be achieved using this software, is displayed on the welding current waveform generator.

Abstract: With the application of mobile robot in the industry, put forward higher requirements to the computer remote control technology. Remote control for mobile robots, the communication protocol between the host computer and the robot body and the control command design is presented in this paper. Visual C++ 6 programming language is used to complete the system. Dependability and practicability of system are proved by test.

Abstract: This paper introduces the entire elevator controller making process based on the programmable chip EP2C8T144C8 through two softwares of QuartuesII and Altium Designer. It is different from the previous designs for the clocks of each part in this elevator controller all come from divisions of frequency of crystal oscillator, so that could be fully used. In addition, there is a lattice of 5×7 to achieve the state display. Abstract: With the production line testing requirement of the micro-motor rotor which is less than 10mm in diameter, an improved rotor detection method based on the pulse test method was presented for the rotor fault detection. This paper analyzed the operating principle of the method and simulated on the Matlab platform. Moreover, the rotor detection system centered on the DSP processor was designed to detect the rotor fault. The result showed that the method could quickly and accurately detect the inter-turn short circuit fault and determine the deep of short circuit. The degree of detection is up to 4% level, which meets the actual production testing requirement.
