Abstract: The frequent mine accident makes mineral resources safety become one of the focuses and people's attention was increasingly paid to how to improve the security system in the process of mine exploitation and establish sound emergency communications command works. This paper focuses on the electromagnetic protection technology research of mine emergency communication command works and discuss the application and significance of its electromagnetic protection technology through the analysis of wireless security mine scheduling and emergency communication system and ,according to the status of mine production safety, pointed out developed trends of wireless security scheduling and electromagnetic protection technology in mine emergency communication command works.

Abstract: Image registration is one of the fundamental problems in digital image processing, which is a prerequisite and key step for further comprehensive analysis,considering the advantages of the algorithm in speed and its disadvantage of more false matching points,a image matching method based on RANSAC and surf isproposed.The experiments results show that compared with the other algorithms,the surf algorithm improves the matching speed,as well as the matching accuracy,and exhibits good performance in terms of resisting rotation,noise,and brightness changes.

Abstract: Three theorems are proposed in this paper. The first theorem is that a connected undirected graph G is an Euler graph if and only if G can be expressed as the union of two circles without overlapped sides. Namely, equation satisfies. The second theorem is that a connected simple undirected graph is a Hamilton graph if and only if G contains a sub-graph generated by union of circles of sub-graphs derived from two endpoints of common side. Namely, the equation satisfies (meaning of symbols in the equations see main body of this paper). The third theorem is that a connected simple undirected graph is a Hamilton graph if and only if the loop sum of two circles, and, of sub-graphs derived from two endpoints of common side in graph G is a sub-graphs of loop graph Cn.

Abstract: The near-field characteristics of the ideal electric dipole are analyzed in this paper. A practical ultrafast band antenna near field FDTD is made and the near field distribution of the antenna is studied by numerical simulation. The calculation results show that the FDTD method is used for the analysis of feasibility and reliability of the near-field communication antenna.

Abstract: Using computer image processing technology, greenhouse vegetable diseases were recognized intelligently, and taking the cucumber mildew as an example, the method of image pre-processing and feature extraction for intelligently recognizing greenhouse vegetable diseases was studied. White was chosen as the background of diseased leaf, median filter was utilized to effectively wipe out the disturbance of noise, and two-apex method was applied to separate the disease images from the background. Geometrical features of the disease spots were accurately extracted by performing image edge detection. The results suggest that the method can pre-process images and precisely extract the features of the diseases.

Abstract: Although a great success has been achieved under the environment of lab where the training data is sufficient and the surroundings are quiet, speaker identification (SI) in practical use still remains a challenge because of the complicated environment. To tackle this challenge, a hybrid system of Gaussian mixture model-support vector machines (GMM-SVM) is proposed in this paper. SVM can do well with less data but is computationally expensive while GMM is computationally inexpensive but needs more data to perform adequately. In this paper, SVM and GMM are parallel in both the training and testing phase, the judgment of them are fused to make the final decision: the person with the largest score is identified as the true speaker. Universal background model (UBM) is used in GMM to improve the recognition accuracy. The system is evaluated on part of the TIMIT database and a Chinese database which is recorded by our own. Experiments have shown that the method proposed in this paper is effective. The system has better performance and robustness than the baseline systems.

Abstract: In order to improve network reliability and stability of the core layer, multiple devices are connected together through the IRF physical port, IRF (Intelligent Resilient Framework) configuration, virtual into “virtual equipment”. Using the virtualization technology can set the equipment resources of the hardware and software processing capability, collaborative work, the equipment management and the uninterrupted maintenance. Through introduce the basic concepts and working principles of H3C Switches IRF system, also analyzes the typical applications of IRF technology in network system.

Abstract: Kernel methods are famous for their efficiency and robustness in processing non-linear machine learning problems in the high dimensional feature space, and thus widely applied in image classification and detection. The proper principal components are selected for KPCA reconstruction according to noise features. Finally, the improved image is obtained by performing inverse method. Experimental results show that the proposed method can suppress noise interference in remote sensing images, and preserve the useful information of original data more completely.
