Abstract: This paper proposes an IEC61850 communication model for the network devices in smart substation based on the substation network status monitoring requirements through bringing the network device status information management into a unified monitoring and management system of smart substation. The substation monitoring system can directly get the state information and configuration information of the communication network and network devices, such as link status, bandwidth status, port forwarding state, the port packet loss rate, bit error rate and so on.

Abstract: It researched key technology based on ajax of svg in feeder data analysis system, for the requirement of complicated circuit quick analysis and high efficiency in aviation arming ensure domain, combined with S1000D specification for interactive electronic technical manuals and data requirements of creative thinking, proposed feeder S1000D data modules and svg technology dynamic publishing model,and the application of research results, case study results show that: The design can be automatically and quickly analyze circuit through the auxiliary equipment, leads the list of inter-path, achieve troubleshooting.

Abstract: he information technology has greatly driven the development of Smart Grid, however, the risk of system operation has been significantly increased simultaneously with improving the intelligent operation level of Grid system, therefore, how to construct an efficiency evaluation model of electric power information system effectively has been becoming an important subject to be explored for many experts. And based on that, this paper presents an efficiency evaluation model of electric power information system in view of the adjacency matrix. Firstly, the attack process is divided into two stages from the perspective of an attacker, namely, selecting to attack the access points and attacking other access points; secondly, it describes the intelligent selection capability of the attacker by using the transfer probability index between the nodes; finally, it conducts the computational analysis by introducing an example, to prove the practical applications of the proposed methods.

Abstract: Infrared targets will render as high gray-scale points in single infrared image because of small size and long distance between targets and space-based infrared sensor,which is similar to noisy points. In order to distinguish targets and noisy points, this paper presents a method of self-adaption threshold segmentation after Top-hat transformation with double structure elements, which could effectively restrain background and noisy points.

Abstract: With the improvement of power industry modernization, electric power communication service object is no longer confined to the electric power dispatching, and the scope of services business also won the development, which requires the power system communication network is stable, reliable and efficient. The reliability of the power system optical fiber transmission network operation is an important guarantee of electric power system`s production safety and efficiency. In order to facilitate the planning and design of optical fiber transmission network management and maintenance, this paper proposed an optimization strategy based on the analysis and research of electric power communication optical fiber transmission network evaluation methods.

Abstract: In order to suppress the noise, improve equipment's ability to further process information and improve the quality of voice, speech enhancement is often an important part of the speech signal preprocess. Contrastively analyze the characteristic that the clean speech signal coefficients in over-complete discrete cosine dictionary are much sparser than the traditional discrete cosine transform coefficients. Under noisy conditions, by setting the iterative threshold of orthogonal matching pursuit (OMP) algorithm, clean speech can be gotten, thus realize the speech enhancement. Simulation results of the signal waveform and spectrogram enhanced by the proposed algorithm are very similar to the original signal,comparative experiments also indicate that the signal to noise ratio (SNR) and the perceptual evaluation of speech quality (PESQ) score of the processed signal are superior to traditional discrete cosine transform (DCT).

Abstract: On-line detecting partial discharge inside GIS and locating the source of partial discharge spatially can discover the premonition of GIS insulation defects. This article introduces a system for partial discharge on-line detection and source locating, which is based on the hardware consisting essentially of ultrasonic sensors, prepositive signal amplifiers, a TDS3034C oscilloscope and a laptop. The system is a virtual instrument based on LabVIEW platform, and it can sample the ultrasonic signals generated by partial discharge in real time, and provide a friendly human-computer interaction interface. This article deeply discussed the partial discharge signal acquisition, signal de-noising, multi-way signal delay calculation and algorithm based on the time lag. The result implies that the system can validly detect and locate partial discharge, and spatially demonstrate the coordinate of the source of partial discharge through human-computer interaction interface.

Abstract: The construction of library characteristic database is in order to better play the function of the library in the information resources, and provide more comprehensive information for customers, which also can enhance the competitiveness of library in the field of information. This article embarks from the significance of library characteristic database establishment, analyzes and discusses the existence of characteristic database construction, and puts forward some suggestions, in order to promote the construction of the characteristic database, improve the utilization rate of library information resources and the library's competitiveness.

Abstract: In this paper, a circuit for the simulation of partial discharge (PD) ns pulse is introduced. An avalanche transistor, the main pulse generator in this circuit, is used to simulate the fast process of PD. PD pulse generation principle, pulse generating circuit and its drive circuit, the characteristics of ns PD pulse are described in detail in this paper. Meanwhile, the practicability of the circuit is proved by its application in PD phase calibration.

Abstract: Video-on-demand transmission system which is based on IP/DVB technology adopts C/S structure that is easy to operate and maintain for users to manage interactive commands and data transmission. Through interactive control on commands and media flow transmission by IP/DVB technology, it forms instant video-on-demand of transmission platform. The system is designed on the bases of multiple functions such as: response based on user command; analytical transmission of media stream; media stream receiving. Shaoxing radio is one of the digital cable TV pilots approved by the state, and has modified two-way radio and television network equipment. If large number of input network resources are idle, it will bring a lot of loss to radio companies.
