Abstract: The urban-rural integration is a new stage of urbanization,which is the process of the development of productive forces and promoting the production of urban and rural residents, is the process that has the characteristics of resources between urban and rural areas of mutual integration, mutual resources, mutual market, mutual service, and which will gradually reach rural coordination between the development process. Rural tourism is derived from the developed countries of advanced concepts, with the tourism planning and designing tools of Laiyuan Huangtuling, we put the native village of the existing land, ancient architecture, historical and cultural resources together. and using the designing tools to make travel, leisure, culture, food , and other node element for redesigning, excavating the existing resources within the village, both to highlight the local characteristics, and good protection of the natural environment, and embodies the essence of the role of urban-rural integration.

Abstract: In this paper, we study the impact of city driveway occupancy on the urban road traffic capacity. Through the analysis of the scene of an accident case, we gained the vehicle statistics within a cross section in unit time and then did calculation and simulation. The work is concluded as a reasonable model of vehicle queue relationship evaluation.First, on the base of the definition of traffic capacity, statistics of the cars in the cross section before the accident, during the accident and after the accident have been respectively acquired in unit time (1 min). Then we employ Matlab to do the interpolation fitting, drawing the change of actual capacity of the road from the beginning time of an accident to the time when traffic resumes. The work comes to a conclusion that the change of the capacity at the cross section has a pattern of periodic fluctuation.

Abstract: This paper introduces the importance of LED roadway lighting control. The existing problems of LED roadway lighting control are shown, and the issues in outdoor lighting standard is described as well. As a result, a new and authority outdoor lighting control standard named TALQ was established. Comparing with the other solutions, the solution of TALQ standard is more flexible and easier to solve the existing problems in current outdoor lighting control. The advantages of LED roadway lighting control based on TALQ protocol are shown in an application case.

Abstract: a new gray method is provided in this paper for highway lane detection. Firstly, the novel gray method transform an RGB color image to a gray-level image based on a new gray vector. To deal with illumination changes, the new gray vector is updated on real-time.Secondly,the canny edge detector’s threshold values are decided adaptive.Lastly,Hough transform method realizes the detection of lanes. For different time in a day, experiments indicate that the proposed algorithm has good results.

Abstract: In order to enhance the safety performance of five kinds of transportation infrastructures: pavement, bridge, tunnel, side slope and ancillary, a comprehensive freeway infrastructure safety and emergency management system was built in this research. Firstly, the system framework was illustrated. Secondly, the infrastructure safety index system was built. Thirdly, according to the different characteristic of five kinds of infrastructures, comprehensive safety evaluation models were proposed in order to evaluate the safety of freeway infrastructure. Fourthly, the system of emergency management and emergency plans were expounded. Finally, the system software was implemented based on the previous modules. This system has strong practicability, which can compensate for the deficiencies of the infrastructure detection in the past and provide a new informationalized management platform for freeway management.
