Abstract: With young teachers as the study object and with the aim to improve their in-class teaching ability, this paper conducts studies centering on the weaknesses of young teachers in science and engineering universities and colleges, i.e. their severe lack of teaching experiences and their mistaking scientific research capabilities for teaching ability. Then it comes upon new methods to improve the in-class teaching ability of young teachers, which can be summarized as education orientation and devotion. The research findings contain some innovative thoughts and are theoretically valuable for dissemination and practically feasible.

Abstract: The computer technology has been widely applied in the English teaching and has become a strong support for the modern English teaching. As for the English writing, multi-media based on the computer technology make the class atmosphere active, arouse the students’ interest and in the meanwhile improve the efficiency of English writing. However, there exist some potential drawbacks in the computer-assisted English writing instruction.

Abstract: The teaching mode of cramming education in College Sports Professional theory teaching appears in major universities. Along with the progress of society and the development of the teaching quality, the initiative of students is growing and the traditional mode of education could not better coordinate the role and communication, which impedes the cultivation of students' personality. The author preliminarily discusses and understands it by the application of multimedia technology in college PE Teaching Theory.

Abstract: With the development in virtual reality technology, it has been applied in kinds of fields, e.g. education and engineering. This article introduces the concept and basic features of virtual reality, the application of VR in education and engineering, the building procedures and the functions of the virtual system with the case of the virtual Storage Cavern system. The system is consisted of four parts which enables students to understand and grasp the basic operation, maintenance, and standard accident responses more effectively than other teaching methods.

Abstract: the Developing directions The 21st century education was construction of learning society and constructing lifelong education system, adult higher education has become an important part of socialized lifelong education system in common colleges and universities, facing a rare developing opportunities and challenges at the same time. This paper expounds the problem of adult higher education needs to be studied in common colleges and universities from the present situation, analyzes the influence factors of adult higher education in common colleges and universities, and puts forward the countermeasures of further development.

Abstract: The course Digital Electronic Technique is a professional basic course of Electronics and Information Technology, which is established for the students who major in Electronics and Information Technology to develop their industry-wide capacity.“Design and applications of combinational logic circuits” which is a teaching unit, is drawn from the course Digital Electronic Technique. In this article, we discuss the informatization teaching design of “design and applications of combinational logic circuits”.To reach the goal of improving teaching effectiveness,we made fully use of multimedia courseware.At the same time,we fully arouse the enthusiasm of students’ learning. By this way, we hope that we are able to promote the quality of teaching by using information technology, and cultivate more effective skill workers for the society.

Abstract: Formative assessment emerged under humanism and constructivist theory of learning is being accepted and used in English teaching. Lots of research focuses on general influence of formative assessment on English teaching. There is little special research concentrated on influence on influence of formative assessment on motivation. This thesis intends to study the influence of formative assessment on motivation and further explores the different influence of formative assessment on extrinsic motivation and intrinsic motivation. The results of this study show that using formative assessment is more effective to foster college students’ motivation on English learning, especially has stronger effect on extrinsic motivation but less than on intrinsic motivation during an academic year. As a result of motivation strengthened, English achievement is improved.

Abstract: Landing mats are essential for the safe completion of landing impact in gymnastics. Shock absorption and stability during landing impact is provided by both gymnasts’ ability and mat properties. The aim is to determine the influence of different characteristics of mat on mat-ground reaction forces. A subject-specific model with 12 segments rigid body and a model about landing mat in floor exercise were developed by computer simulation. The stiffness and dampness of landing mat influenced the peak of vertical ground reaction force and time to peak, but there were significant correlations between the friction of landing mat and the peak of horizontal ground reaction force and time to peak.
