Abstract: This paper mainly studies the concept of state-owned bank's risk and risk management, the state-owned Banks' risk types and western state-owned banks risk management theory. Through the observation of the state-owned Banks risk management status qua in our country at present stage analysis, find out the problems that exist in the state-owned Banks' risk management at the present stage in China and the insufficiency, in the understanding of problems gradually put forward the corresponding improvement to our country state-owned Banks' risk management methods and countermeasures.

Abstract: At present, the influence of implementing demand side management on generation system reliability was studied by more and more academics. Demand side management can improve energy efficiency and reduce the maximum load demand, which is equivalent to an indirect increase in power generation capacity of the system, thus can improve the reliability of generation system. This paper firstly introduced the reliability index system of generation system, then the reliability analysis model which includes generation capacity model and load model was respectively built, and then the non-sequential Monte Carlo simulation method applied in generation system reliability evaluation was analyzed. Secondly, adopted the simulation to quantify and set the IEEE reliability testing system RTS (Reliability Test System) as an example to analyze the effect of demand side management on generation system reliability evaluation, the analysis results show that the implementation of DSM can improve the energy utilization and reliability of generation system, thus the system can be more secure, economic and reliable to supply electric power for electricity users.

Abstract: With the development of financial markets, financial products innovation and global competition intensifies, the risk of financial market in China will be more complex and varied. How to deal with these risks and effective management has become the crucial problem of the financial institutions and regulators. VaR model as a tool to measure market risk, is increasingly becoming the current international financial mainstream risk management and financial supervision method, wide support and recognition by the international financial community. This paper introduces the background and meaning of the VaR method and studied the VaR method in the application of all kinds of financial risk management.

Abstract: Communication is a major content of human social life and basic way of communication is the key factor in successful project management. In this paper, combined with the feature of ERP project implementation to study how to interact with customers. Articles about the basic concept of communication first, then further explains the implementation of ERP in the process of how to interact with the customer. Through the understanding of the definition of project communication management, project communication management techniques and methods are analyzed in detail, expounds the importance of project communication. Hope can increase awareness of the project communication.

Abstract: This study was conducted to determine an appropriate model to be used so that a cleanroom equipment company will be able to order a proper number of various types of products to serve the demand of customers at different periods of time. The case study had high inventory cost due to the fact that it could not order goods accordingly. The research compared the efficiency of Economic Ordering Quantity (EOQ), Newsboy Model and Silver-Meal Method to find the optimal order quantity model for this company. The results of the study indicated that the EOQ model (in case allowing for some inventory shortage) obtained the least inventory cost.

Abstract: Through the subterranean layer’s floor height and beamless slab’s height、SPS、Top-Down method, we should check up the economical slab structure form. According to Patand method、Horizontal materials support method、Erect structure’s minimum、building‵s beforehand construction、core and lamp construction method we can choose the Top-Down method and through the construction site example’s economical choose the right method. For example cut down the time limit for the project and reduce the subterranean layer’s height、the cost of the basement so that achieve the reasonable structure form.Key words: beamless slab structure; Top-Down method; choose the method; economical analysis.

Abstract: This paper builds a theoretical model and hypothesis of service quality and customer loyalty based on the C2C platform. The study combined with the questionnaire of C2C electronic service quality and customer loyalty to surveyed data on a rigorous mathematical analysis to verify the hypothesis and modify the theoretical model. Finally come to the conclusion of the study, there is a direct positive relationship between service quality and customer loyalty of C2C e-commerce platform. The conclusion can be used by future researchers. At the same time, according to the analysis result of the multidimensional study on the relationship between C2C electronic service quality and the customer loyalty, we can find out the significant role of path between electronic service quality and customer loyalty and put forward corresponding strategic suggestions for electronic business. The above content makes the article has theoretical significance and practical value.

Abstract: In this study, the back-propagation neural network (BPNN) was used to predict the number of low-income households (NLIH) in Taiwan, taking the seasonally adjusted annualized rates (SAAR) for real gross domestic product (GDP) as input variables. The results indicated that the lowest mean absolute percentage error (MAPE), mean squared error (MSE), root mean squared error (RMSE), and highest correlation coefficient (R) for training and testing were 4.759 % versus 19.343 %, 24429972.268 versus 781839890.859, 4942.669 versus 27961.400, and 0.945 versus 0.838, respectively.

Abstract: Recently, with the quickly growing in power industry of our country, the power supply enterprise also pay more attention to communication security. Concerning the running time of communication network of power supply enterprise, there must be a communication platform for control support. In the new period, many intelligent devices enter the power industry, what affecting the system stability and security. This paper mainly studies on the safety of power supply enterprise communications technical support and application, analysis of security problems, and puts forward the solving measures.
