Abstract: Optimization of metallic materials engineering curriculum system and teaching content, environmental education into professional teaching system, to bring the train college students' environmental awareness and professional education, and enhance the environmental responsibility of students, improve the overall quality of students.Metal Material Engineering is a professional engineering class tradition. In order to develop the overall quality of students, we combine the particularity of specialty materials, the use of metallic materials engineering and environmental characteristics very close contact, to cultivate environmental awareness education and professional education, integrate environmental education into teaching expertise to go. In imparting professional knowledge, to stimulate students' interest in protecting the environment, students environmental awareness.

Abstract: Sanda is an unarmed combat technique, has a strong confrontational, in the use of kick, hit, throw the technical action when the time to grasp the difference between good and bad, is directly related to the outcome of the game, the time difference is the use of learning must be mastered Sanda content, but many Sanda practitioners lack of theoretical and practical experience in this area. Abstract: This article will set up an exploration on effects of Guangxi Traditional Ethnic MinoritySports Meeting (hereafter referred to as GSM) in view of industrialization. By documentations, experts interviews and questionnaires the investigation and research were conducted on the developments of every GSM from the first to the twelfth one. The surveys has found the current sports system and publicized level in the Traditional Ethnic Sports Meets have negative effects on the socialization, industrialization of GSM. With regard to those factors above, this article will provide some viable reference to enhance the socialization, industrialization and development of the future of the GSM.

Abstract: To resolve the problems of large-scale instruments and expensive equipment with low utilization and difficult to unified management in colleges and universities, remote monitoring system is designed based on STC microcontroller, RFID and remote monitoring technology. Field controller hardware circuit was designed and control programs were developed. Identity collecting, user authorization, data acquisition of using process and other functions were realized. Data was transferred by campus LAN or GPRS communication module. User management remote monitoring, data statistics, print statements and other functions were developed in PC. Device information is collected in real time. The unified management of large-scale instruments and expensive equipment was accomplished.

Abstract: Eelectric power resources security is very important for the sustainable development of power industry. However, the supply of electric power resources depends on the development of the alternative power resources industry. To develop exhaustible resources are not a long way while their quality and quantity not good for our demand. To invest on alternative electric power resources industry is the necessary choose for the sustainable development of our country. Through the intruduction of electric power resources into the production function the investment of alternative electric power resources industry are set as a controllable variable. Then, the path to achieve sustainable development by adjusting investment variables were explored and some suggestions were put forward to control investment alternative power resources industries.

Abstract: In this study, exact radial basis function (ERBF) network was used to predict Taiwan’s crude birth rate (CBR), taking the economic growth rate (EGR) and national income indices (NII) as input variables. To establish the ERBF network model, the EGR and NII were taken as the input variables, and the CBR was taken as the output variable. The results indicated that the minimum mean absolute percentage error (MAPE), mean squared error (MSE), root mean squared error (RMSE), and maximum correlation coefficient (R) was 0.00 %, 0.00, 0.00, and 1.00, respectively when training. Those for testing were 52.41 %, 27.88, 5.28, and 0.00, respectively. According to the results, ERBF network could predict CBR by taking the EGR and NII as input variables.

Abstract: Considering the sustainability of electric power’s consumption and the multi-usage and exhaustibility of coal resources, along with the substitutability of electric power resources (EPR) under certain condition, this paper constructed a dynamic pricing model of EPR. By using the optimization theory, we computed the ideal substitute time point of nuclear EPR for coal EPR. According to the actual situation in electric power production, the corresponding incentive suggestion were put forward to promote the substitution between clean-and-low carbon power resources and dirty-and-high carbon coal EPR in order to realize the sustainable development of environment, economic and electric power.

Abstract: For the convenience of customers and bank managers to the management of credit card, credit card management system includes client money query, customer consumption management, credit card accounts, sales management, credit ratings, statistics report, the number of overdraft statistical function module, etc. This design USES the ACCESS to do background database, using vc + + development environment, combined with a c + + programming language implementation. The credit card information query and statistics report, open an account pin is the characteristics of this system. In particular System "query module" function greatly reduce the workload of staff, and to the rapid, accurate, and other advantages replace manually operated, and improve the efficiency of the credit card management.

Abstract: Double Game theory attempts to combine the two levels of international relations, and explain international relations with the interaction of domestic level and the international level. The main contents of this theory was born from that background, theoretical aspects of this theory are introduced in this paper. Finally, be explained by the two cases of China's WTO accession and the relations between U.S. and Taiwan.

Abstract: In this study, the adaptive network-based fuzzy inference system (ANFIS) was used to generate the fuzzy rules for discussing the effects of gas and electricity price on residential sector’s energy consumption rate (RSECR) in Taiwan. Twenty seven fuzzy rules of Sugeno type were generated from ANFIS. It was found that the fuzzy rules did not reveal the significance when the situation was extreme, i.e. one input variable was low but another one was high. When all three input variables fell in the low degree of membership, the output RSECR values tended to be “high”. When all three input variables fell in the high degree of membership, the output RSECR values tended to be “low” even “negative”. It suggested that higher energy price would inhibit RSEC.
