Abstract: ]: In this paper, a rural credit risk control factor was studied from the perspective of financial institutions. It was used of 386 farmer households from Heilongjiang province credit investigation data to carry out empirical. The article from the farmer’s farmers professional cooperative level of wealth, the level of debt, level of education, use of the loan in four aspects the establishment of rural credit risk identification index system, Construction of support vector classification model and the Logistic regression model. The results show that, Wealth and education levels have positive correlation, indebted level and use of the loan has negative correlation.Keywords: Management System; Support vector machine; Farmers Professional Cooperative;

Abstract: The legal status of Chinese health food was cleared by the promulgation and implementation of Food Safety Law of the People’s Republic of China once again, it is proposed that more influential health food brand with Chinese characteristics, which main raw materials is Chinese medicine, should be created facing new supervision form and opportunities of industry development in Chinese health food. To build Chinese health food brand strategy action should be established four philosophy: integrity hing enterprise is enduring magic, honesty quality is the fundamental strategy, the brand is the company's flagship, ensuring food safety is our permanent commitment. And focus on brand positioning, scientific and technological investment and brand innovation to guarantee the food safety of the people effectively and meet the health needs of people, in order to promote the healthy development of health food industry and improve the international competitiveness of Chinese health food continuously.

Abstract: A Chinese oil company realized millions of tons of oil and gas productivity to meet the target of twelfth 5 years plan. It faces many big challenges while fast developing. We need to finish the asset integrated management system, strengthen the key equipment’s management and ensure safety operation. This paper is based on Asset integrated management implementation and risk management theory, to study the information system and IT infrastructure, to provide the evidence for leaders decision making. It can guide the business development and support the improvement, to make the data standardization, control the process and enhance the management and performance assessment ability for the corporation. The article uses the factor research method based on paper survey to analyze the data and IT system. It is divided three parts: background and requirement analysis, infrastructure design and development roadmap. It not only proposed that how to build AIM IT system, but also make the investment and returning analysis. From the degree of IT supporting business, this paper replies the problem of management increasing of National Company and Assets Management Committee.

Abstract: Recently, it is very fast of the development in China future markets. From 2009, it is continuously becoming the largest market in the world. Its use is more and more important in our economic life. Future is a zero sum market and the traders as a whole are the loser. The traders contribute a lot of fee and cost to the market. 70% of them cannot win. Evermore, the private traders feel hard to survive. So, this article studies the fast growing programming system and quantity models in future markets, to develop the weapon and enlarge the tools for private traders. The goal and the value of this article are to gain the winning expectation and control the risk under the accepted scope. The researching target is RB, which is one of the most active commodity. Based on Directive Movement Indicator model we improve, design and build My_DMI_RB trading system in WenHua software platform. Running and testing it with the real market data from March, 2009 to January, 2014. At last, the paper draw the conclusion that the winning expectation model under stop lose controlling can be realized and validated based on the analyze to the result processing. Furthermore, the suggestion for next step improvement is issued as well.

Abstract: Brand building of Chinese health food is important for us to realize agricultural sustainable development, to speed traditional agriculture changing into modern agriculture and to promote the international competence of agricultural products. Being faced with the problems during the process of development and brand building of Chinese health food, some suggestions are offered, which are band orientation, science addition and band innovation in order to ensure to execute brand strategy of health food fluently.

Abstract: The problem of neglecting ergonomic factors on the aircraft cockpit layout design which leads to the pilots feeling tired very soon should be solved imminently. Since there are a lot of ergonomic constraints while there are hardly any algorithms to solve the problem, the particle swarm optimization is mentioned. Firstly, ergonomic geometric constraints and ergonomic space constraints are confirmed. Secondly, the objective function is confirmed based on the minimum Euclidean distance. Thirdly, to avoid local optimum, particle swarm optimization is used to find the best coordinate values of facilities. At last, the best values of different facilities are needed to be compromised by each other to confirm the most proper values for every facility and form the optimal scheme of designing the layout of aircraft cockpits.

Abstract: For a more scientifically evaluate of home appliance product design, on basis of determining the evaluation index, Fuzzy AHP (Fuzzy-Analytic Hierarchy Process) comprehensive evaluation method is used to converse qualitative index to quantitative index, establish a home appliance product design evaluation model, overcome subjectivity and arbitrariness of evaluation, and scientifically realize the evaluation of home appliance product design. Research shows that the evaluation system can easily actualize the evaluation of home appliance product design conveniently and effectively.

Abstract: This article in view of the oil and gas production and operation plan evaluation indexes both depend on each other, and contradictory, difficult to conduct a comprehensive evaluation of characteristics. Using the fuzzy mathematics method to establish calculation model, through the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, selected from several schemes out a best solution, to help managers to make right decisions and judgments.

Abstract: The paper is focused on questions of building life cycle costing determination (LCC). Current situation concerning the LCC determination in the world is analysed and it is stated here what documents deal with these questions and at the same time also the ISO 15 686 standpoint is stated here. To point out to the importance of the cost determination in this field which is born already with investment project preparation is the aim of this paper.

Abstract: This article proposes a concept that is industrial Product Modeling Based on Green Design to spread the green thought with the most direct-viewing way. This concept concerns the modeling from the angle of ecology and environment. This article discusses the methods of realizing green modeling design, by the six modeling elements: shape, material, structure, color and texture, to form the compatibility between environment and product modeling.
