Abstract: In view of broad and deep economic impact of economy and society from business ethics enterprise can not avoid the existence of ethics, as values, spirit, pursuit of ideal ,behavior habits, morality and so on reflecting in economic activity, its orientation to economy and the dominant role of economic behavior is very obvious. In this paper, ethics analysis of Marxist economics, institutional economics, welfare economics and ecological economics demonstrate necessity of the business ethics for sustainable development of enterprises.

Abstract: With the rapid development of information technology, improvements on financial management system in colleges and universities are required. Based on analyzing the characteristics of the financial management system in Guangxi colleges and universities, the work optimized the procedure of financial management. With financial processing module as the core, 8 subsystem modules are designed including student finance subsystem, wages management subsystem, to achieve intelligent financial management.Funded project: 12th 5-year plan of Guangxi science of education, one of the research findings in the special issue “Research on the Establishment of Financial Management System in Colleges and Universities” (Grant No. 2013ZCW022) of 2013 Guangxi educational financial management research.

Abstract: With the improvement of utilization technology of fly ash, the fly ash is gradually changing from waste to important resources. Therefore, the forecast of regional fly ash production and sales is becoming more and more important to power plant operation. This paper selects Beijing-Tianjin-Tangshan area, Zhangjiakou area, Southeastern Coastal area, Western area this four typical region of China, using the 2010-2013 quarter production and sales data of fly ash as the original data sequence in the four region to build a BP neural network model for network for 2014-2015 prediction analysis. From the prediction results we can conclude that prediction accuracy conforms to the required standard, indicating that the prediction model is valid.

Abstract: This paper established a multi-level extension model for function effects post-evaluation of substation construction project, the model not only reduces the influence of subjective factors on the evaluation results, but also can determines the key factors which affect the quality of the evaluation results and overall developing trend of the project and provides some suggestions for the project late operation. Taking into account the fact that the element of the judgment matrix formed by traditional AHP is a certain value and may lead to a big difference from the judgment matrix formed by the different group of experts, thus reduces the credibility of the evaluation results; In order to overcome the problem, this paper introduces the concept of interval number, the maximum and minimum of judgment matrix elements relative importance comparison are used as the upper and lower limits of interval number respectively. Interval number are used as the elements of judgment matrix to make the evaluation result more rational. At the end, a practical 220kV substation construction project is taken as an example to verify the validity and rationality of the established model.

Abstract: This paper will discuss the design and implementation of lean production system. In comparison to traditional production system, to install a lean Production system successfully requires a much earlier introduction in product life cycle. In this regard, the paper presents a framework to provide a holistic view of the entire product life cycle and to identify the suitable timing and the systematic approach for lean production system design and its implementation.

Abstract: The setting-up of risk programming model under ASP platform makes the dynamic alliance prevent, control various kinds of risks with the minimum cost. On the basis of discerning various kinds of risks to the dynamic alliance, the risk evaluation model with the immune Genetic algorithm was set up. Abstract: Achieving high rate of performance is one of the aims in any organizations, especially under the pressure of competition. This paper presents the implementation of DMAIC Six Sigma Methodology in automotive industry. This project is focused on a critical product which is T605039-003. The objective of the project is to increase the sigma level of the process to 3.5σ. The project started with define phase which is problem identification. Pareto analysis was conducted to find out the critical defect for part T605039-003. As a result, defect of burr at thread was selected for further study. The existing process sigma level is 3.02σ. Measurement System Analysis (MSA) was carried out to validate the measurement system used. Next, the study continues with measure phase. GR&R study is conducted to verify the capability of the measurement equipment and from the result, most of the variation is due to the differences between parts and very little is due to measurement system error. This brings the project to the fourth phase which is the improve phase. A new process is developed to eliminate burr at thread from occurring. The percentage of reject is reduced to 1.59% whereas the sigma level is increased to 3.54σ.
