Abstract: Currently collaborative filtering is widely used in e-commerce, digital libraries and other areas of personalized recommendation service system. Nearest-neighbor algorithm is the earliest proposed and the main collaborative filtering recommendation algorithm, but the data sparsity and cold-start problems seriously affect the recommendation quality. To solve these problems, A collaborative filtering recommendation algorithm based on users' social relationships is proposed. 0n the basis of traditional filtering recommendation technology, it combines with the interested objects of user's social relationship and takes the advantage of the tags to projects marked by users and their interested objects to improve the methods of recommendation. The experimental results of MAE ((Mean Absolute Error)) verify that this method can get better quality of recommendation.

Abstract: In order to enhance the extraction efficiency of facial feature, the paper explores a novel defect evaluation method that uses combined features and modified method classifiers to characterize and classify the defects of facial expression. It provides a good approach to implement facial expression recognition both in 2D and 3D images. Innovative methods which are aimed at reducing the computational complexity and improving the accuracy of expression recognition are proposed.The experiments result showed the proposed method achieved lower error rate than other method.

Abstract: Cipher chips, such as microprocessors, are playing the important role in most cryptosystems, and implementing many public cryptographic algorithms. However, Side channel attacks pose serious threats to Cipher chips. Optical Side channel attack is a new kind of method against cipher chips. Two methods are presented in this paper, which shows how to implement optical fault injection attacks against RSA and AES algorithms running on AT89C52 microchip, and demonstrates how to exploit secret information under attack.

Abstract: In this paper, the nonlinear optimal control problem is formulated as a multi-objective mathematical optimization problem. Harmony search (HS) algorithm is one of the new heuristic algorithms. The harmony search (HS) optimization algorithm is introduced for the first time in solving the optimal short-term hydrothermal scheduling in power systems. A case on consisting of 9 buses, 11 transmission lines, four thermal plants and three hydro plants in Indian utility system is presented to show the methodology’s feasibility and efficiency. Compared with the optimal short-term hydrothermal scheduling of power systems, the search time of the HS optimization algorithm is shorter and the result is close to the ideal solution.

Abstract: Based on the spatial land use database of Mingcheng town of Panshi City in Jilin, fractal dimension and stability of land use types are studied by using GIS technology and fractal theory. The land use is classified into 7 types: cropland, garden plot, wood land, water, road land, industrial and mining, residential areas, unused land, and other lands. The fractal dimension for the patches of the land use types is analyzed. Results showed that all the land use types have fractal characteristics and the fractal dimension (D) values vary from 1.1028 to 1.6638. In terms of the land use stability given by the fractal dimension, the order of the land use types from high to low is water, industrial and mining residential areas, cropland, wood land, unused land, road land, garden plot. And land use shape index, fragmentation index and the separation index in the spatial distribution law are largely affected by human activities influence and interference, then it can provided reference for the reason utilizing of land resource.

Abstract: Currently it is a critical situation when every year due to aggressive external factors thousands of listed buildings are under threat of destruction around the world. In many ways, the state of affairs is due to the lack of effective integrated management of listed buildings. Lack of integrated tool for operating of different data, which determines the structural integrity of listed buildings and condition of environment, has led to the fact that most of the regional and municipal authorities are not able to handle the diversity of information. To address these problems specialist of Department of City Planning and Community Development of Rostov State University of Civil Engineering developed the methodology and information-analytical support system of listed buildings’ preservation. This support is able to analyze different types of data and to use different IT technologies such as CAD systems, GIS-technologies and databases. Information technologies in management of listed buildings can help municipalities with a limited budget to get the most out of existing services as these are the technologies that help different departments to work more closely with each other.

Abstract: Abstract. According to the historical references and the researches on both the new and the old sites of Yichang, this paper analyzed its evolution of urban morphology, relationships of streets and roadways and characteristics of architectures. We put forward suggestions that could guide the urban constructions and strengthen the operation of the theory of urban memory based on its unique environmental and historical culture.
