Abstract: Suspension and steering systems are the two important subsystems of the vehicle chassis, and the two are not independent of each other, but are closely linked, so the coupling relationships between the two need to be considered to make the integrated control. Based on the tire force, dynamic load distribution, coupling movement relations, and coupling its structure and control parameters, a dynamic model of tire and suspension control system for is built to provide a model basis and research base for the study of the vehicle chassis system control.

Abstract: Vehicle rollover refers to a dangerous lateral movement of a vehicle in contact with the ground when it rotates around its longitudinal axis to a certain angle degree or greater angle during moving. There are many factors that could cause the vehicle's rollover, including automotive structures, road conditions and the driver's condition. vehicle rollover can be divided into two categories, one category is tripped rollover (trPPiedorllover), the other is a rollover (maneuve curve caused by motion: niduecdorllove) The former refers to the generation of lateral slip when the vehicle is moving, and the obstacle on the road surface collides sideways with it its "tripped" The latter refers to the rollover caused by the vertical reaction force inside the wheels of the vehicle reaching to zero because sideways acceleration of the has exceeded a certain limit when the vehicle moves on the road (including a lateral ramp). In this paper, only the rollover caused by curvilinear motion will be studied.

Abstract: Electrical vehicle (hereafter EV) controller has proper function under the circumstances of interval thermal field due to controller sensitivity; therefore flow field and thermal field are key performance of controller application. Methodology is discussed; optimal flow field and thermal field are determined by use CFD simulation, battery frame material is confirmed as well.

Abstract: In order to study the lower critical point in transitional area of pipe, we used the method of direct numerical simulation to simulate fluid flow and contrasted it with experiment. The result showed that the flow state is close to laminar. Along the pipe axis, the change of pressure is not obviously. The changing rate of axial velocity U near wall region was significantly greater than in the mainstream area, it proved the important role of viscous force.

Abstract: With the continuous development of infrared technology, infrared-based detection and diagnosis technology has become a new modern power equipment detection technology. Based on infrared technology, this paper proposed detection and diagnosis method of the transmission line porcelain insulators, including analysis on detection theory of IR imaging sensor, and infrared imaging map introduction. Through establishing porcelain insulator circuit calculation model, computing heating power of trouble insulators, this paper minutely analyzed the heating causes of trouble insulators. The paper provided a reference to the detection of transmission line porcelain insulators, which made it an important measure to ensure the safety and economic operation of electrical equipment.

Abstract: At present, with the gradual development of marine technology, application of marine monitoring instruments is becoming increasingly wide, for which there are more and more types of such instruments, and an increasing amount of electric energy is thus consumed. Continuous working period of such instruments and the further extension of their functions are obviously restricted by the link of electric energy supplement. Tidal current energy is a renewable energy in abundant reserve. In this paper, an electric energy supplementing device for drag-type marine monitoring instruments based on electricity generation with tidal current is designed, and its good functions are proved through water tank experiment, for which it can provide energy supplement to marine monitoring instruments.

Abstract: Introduces the structure and main characteristics of high efficiency low resistance cyclone dust removal, the use of fluid finite element analysis software for the internal flow field is simulated. It can be concluded that gas flow in the cyclone separator, pressure field, velocity field, such as distribution, and on the basis of the flow field calculation results for the structure design about analyzed and discussed.

Abstract: The requirements of the drive system for electric vehicle is high efficiency and fast dynamic response, an optimal control method base direct torque control is proposed to improve respose speed of energy optimal controlled induction motor. In stator flux orientation coordinate system, the loss mathematical model of the induction motor was established by analyzing the relationship between loss and motor torque, speed and stator flux, then the optimal stator flux formula is derived under different operating conditions to achieve the maximum efficiency of induction motor, the getted optimal stator flux is used as stator flux set value in DTC. Simulation results reveal that the proposed method improve the efficiency and respose spee of induction motor.

Abstract: This paper introduces the significance of automotive safety belt, designs intelligent preloaded safety belt system. The system is made up of early warning sensors, seat belt furl system and core controller based on the MC9S12DP256. This article focuses on the structural optimization and circuit design of the controller. The designed test-bed is able to predict the dangerous occurrence and control the safety belt tightening through processing early warning signal of the sensor, implements the safety belt active preload function and meet the needs of active safety.

Abstract: As a multipoint differential data transmission electrical specification, RS485 bus has become the industry one of the most widely used standard communication interface. This communication interface allows the simple multi-point two-way communication on a pair of twisted pair, with which the noise suppression capability, data transfer rate, cable length and the reliability is unmatched by other standards. But this way of differential signal transmission is highly susceptible to common-mode interference, EMI electromagnetic interference and strong signal interference. In this paper, optical isolation devices were adopted on RS485 bus, which can effectively solve the interference problem of signal transmission process.
