Abstract: Heart rate is an important idicator of human physiology,it has great significance for human health in the long-term monitoring process. This research is based on Photo Plethysmo Graphy (PPG) principle.First, get some video via webcam, and then extract the signal of Face PPG.We proposed an improved ICA agortihm, because of the heart rate signal is a non-stationary and nonlinear signal,then,HHT-domain analysis of Face PPG signal. Finally,we succeeed in measuring of the heart-rate.The experimental results show that, using the improved ICA algortihm ,it is not only reduce the iteration ,but also has better measurement.

Abstract: A facile method for the one-pot preparation of homodinucleotides of AZT and d4T from corresponding nucleoside 5′-phosphoropiperidates with 4,5-dicyanoimidazole (DCI) as the activator has been developed.

Abstract: A novel and efficient method for the preparation of P1-AZT-5′-P3-d4T-5′-triphosphate has been developed. The title compound was characterized with 1H, 13C, and 31P NMR and mass spectrometry. The experimental results indicated that the employment of 4,5-dicyanoimidazole (DCI) as the activator could notably promote the coupling reaction of AZT 5′-phosphoropiperidate and d4T 5′-diphosphate.

Abstract: An improved method for the synthesis of α-aminophosphonate based on the Kabachnik-Fields reaction has been developed. The Kabachnik-Fields reactions for the synthesis of the title compounds were investigated in different solvents. The results showed that the solvent-free conditions was optimal for synthesis of this type of compounds.

Abstract: The N-methylphenylamino group conjugated to the 2 position of the benzimidazolium core via a vinyl group in the structure of AKT inhibitor IV was efficiently substituted by treating AKT inhibitor IV with excess of N-methylcyclohexanamine and N-methylbenzylamine. The two new compounds were characterized by 1H and 13C NMR, IR, and mass spectroscopy. The control experiment with benzimidazole precursor of AKT inhibitor IV resulted in no amine-exchange reaction, indicating that the positive charge in the benzimidazolium salt is the major factor for the activation of the terminal conjugated N-methylphenylamino group.

Abstract: Optical stimulation of the inner ear, the cochlea, has been proved as a possible alternative to conventional cochlear implant with the hypothetical improvement of dynamic range and frequency resolution. Moreover, the laser has good directionality character and optical signal between adjacent fibers do not readily interfere. Therefore, cochlear implant based on optical stimulation is promising for further exploration and development. The design of an experimental system for optical stimulation of the cochlea is introduced in this paper. For the important part, the selection of NIR laser and the optical signal control methods were discussed. The pulsed laser light was coupled by fiber or fiber array and radiated to the cochlea. For each channel laser pulse, the width modulation was varied from 10us to 1ms, the pulse repetition rate from 5 Hz to 10 KHz, single pulse energy from 0 to 3.6mJ. The application of high precision DAC made the resolution of the pulse energy regulation up to 1uJ/div. The experiment results show that this design and implementation can meet the requirements on further optical stimulation of the cochlea research.

Abstract: This paper makes a brief introduction to the concept of environmental materials and the meaning of road construction materials for environmental ethics. In addition, the paper also discusses a variety of coordination of road construction materials and the environment form the following four aspects :to improve the material performance, to save natural resources, to make full use of waste and to purify the environment. As a result, the life cycle assessment (LEA) method should be put forward to evaluate the road construction materials and the environment coordination.

Abstract: The Sensitivity Analysis is a risk valuation method to calculate the variety range of project economic effect evaluation index, and to judge the influence degree of project expectation target caused by indetermination factors. The paper discusses the risk evaluation of investment decision stage for building engineering projects based on Sensitivity Analysis, which would be beneficial to perfect the practice of the risk evaluation of investment decision stage for building engineering projects.
