Abstract: In machining process, the machining systems are usually described by the stable theoretical model. However, there are still various process errors existed. To recognize, compensate and eliminate the errors, a method of process system error tracing based on PSO is proposed to explore the errors existing in the machining process. The determined theoretical model is defined and actual measurement data samples are used to find the optimal solution, get the deviation value of each error sources. Finally, the process system error tracing of the Arc Cam is taken as an example to prove the stability and validity of proposed method.

Abstract: Using industrial machines, magnetic sub-level transmitter, AI Artificial Intelligence regulator, Germany HERION solenoid valve for the hardware platform, and KingSCADA configuration software for software platform, constituting Crude Oil Transportation separator oil level automatic control system, according to the production process requirement automatically keep the oil level in a need value, then realize automatic oil level collection, display, record, remote transmission, the visual interface.

Abstract: With the continuous development of the Internet of things technology, the high-speed vehicles to prevent rear-end collision warning system which is from the traditional passive to the current vehicle-to-vehicle communication active warning also continues to develop. In this paper, a vehicle ranging system is composed of Zigbee wireless communication and GPS positioning system. Through setting maneuvering model, establishing ranging system state equation and observation equation, error model, integrating the two vehicles’ distance, relative velocity, relative acceleration and the distance error, we can get the vehicle distance estimation by using of centralized Kalman filter techniques. The simulation results show that the method can provide vehicle-to-vehicle communication ranging system with the high precision data of anti-collision distance. The system has good tracking performance.

Abstract: With the feathered development of communication and networks,the needs for the communication cable is highly increased,while the assurance of the communication cable’s quality is an important work for every cable factory to slove.The major research of this project is aim at the problems about the dynamic testing and the uniformity of cable insulation layer,and then the online test control system were designed.The control is mainly use OMRON's CS1G-H PLC as the central control system, at the same time control system uses touch-screen to realize the man-machine dialogue,which can effectively monitor the operational status of the equipment.Through the programming, simulation, simulation experiment for this system in the laboratory,proved that this system can be in motion, achieve the desired functionality. At the same time this system can be used for the promotion and use.

Abstract: Based on the control process and requirements of the industrialized recirculating aquaculture system (IRAS), we designed an aquaculture automatic control system. The entire system is divided into seven modules including water circulation and filtration, bioreactor self-loop, water quality monitoring, Emergency treatment, thermostatic temperature control, PID operation, and failure alarm. It is used to control the water circulation, and automatically detect and adjust the environmental factors of the pond for best farming environment. The lower computer adopts Siemens S7-200 PLC. MCGS configuration software is applied in the upper computer for the dynamic display, parameter setting, fault alarm and other functions of the whole recirculating aquaculture process. The lab test showed the advantages of the system including the high degree of automation of the system, user-friendly, easy to maintain and reliable operation, with a good promotional and application value.

Abstract: The purpose of unmanned vehicle lateral control is to track a desired trajectory in a small error, in order to achieve a stable tracking under different pavements and wind resistance conditions. This paper presents a vehicle lateral control scheme based on fuzzy logic control. A simplified vehicle lateral dynamics model is first obtained by linearizing the original 6-DOF vehicle model, and then the lateral control is decomposed into two modules: steering wheel angle control and steering wheel speed control. Fuzzy logic control for the two modules is developed and simulated by using CarSim and Simulink. The results demonstrate that the fuzzy controller can achieve a high tracking accuracy with a good dynamic performance.

Abstract: Due to construction projects testing requirements work continuously for more than a week or even a month or so, so for a battery-powered portable heat and temperature acquisition system, its power consumption has the constraints. In accordance with the need of the acquisition system of actual engineering, this paper from two aspects of hardware and software to consider heat flux and temperature acquisition system of low power design, specific design ideas and implementation methods is also given in this paper. The test results demonstrate that the sleep state, the actual operating current is 0.59mA. A nominal 1000mAh lithium battery, the case of the sleep wake of five minutes, can work continuously for about 20 days, the case of 10 minutes to wake up dormant, can work continuously for about a month.

Abstract: The SF6 gas is popular used in high voltage switchgear because it has some advantages such as the electrical disruptive strength or the electric light arc quenching capability. This means that the functional safety of the entire system is strongly depend on the density of SF6 gas which is why it must be monitored. This paper presents a design of the on-line monitoring system of the density of SF6 gas of electronic transformer. The monitoring system, which base on Virtual Instrument, enhances both the flexibility of digital signal processing and the computing speed. On the other hand, the software exploitation, debugging and improving are easier, compared with the hardware circuit. The realization with virtual instrument is flexible and with low fabrication costs and shorten the period.

Abstract: In recent years, video surveillance has become more and more important for enhanced security and it is indispensable technology for fighting against all types of crime with the construction of sky-net in China. Abnormal detection is the focus of intelligent video surveillance and the information of abnormal behavior can be used in the investigation of criminal cases, which combines computer vision and artificial intelligence technology and has wide application prospect in public security work. In this paper, first the current research situation of the intelligent surveillance system is introduced. Then the category of abnormal behavior detection is expounded. Finally the function module of abnormal detection system is designed and the key technology of moving target detection, target tracking and abnormality judgment is discussed in view of the actual situation of surveillance system in criminal cases.

Abstract: According to the structure feature of aircraft’s attitude heading reference system and procedure of fault diagnosis, this paper sets up multi-layer neural network model structure for fault diagnosis of complex equipment, and applies the model to the fault diagnosis of attitude heading reference system in aircraft. The conclusion is that the method can effectively reduce the complexity of fault diagnosis for complex system, and imp rove diagnosis rate and efficiency of attitude heading reference system. At the same time, it also provides a new method and theory to diagnosis the non-linear system.
