Abstract: This paper presents a comprehensive virtual simulation model for CNC systems. The Virtual CNC (VRCNC) has a modular architecture and the special function. It can show movement process and the result, it can also show the effect of different movement mode, the displacement, velocity and acceleration of the process, the rationality of interpolation method and the motion control method. Additional CNC modules can easily be prototyped and integrated to the VRCNC by the user. Various application examples are presented which include building of physical dynamic control model, the prediction of the displacement, velocity and acceleration of the process, and the process of secant instead of curve. It can show closed loop drive dynamics. Detailed experimental verification is presented for each algorithm.

Abstract: With the rapid development of Internet of Things (IoT), thus the agriculture application based on IoT comes into being, more and more extensive used in agriculture field. Intelligent control framework applied in agricultural production process based on IoT is an important part of research work. The paper first expatiates on the basic concepts of IoT, agricultural IoT, Intelligent control over production process, then sets forth a framework model of agricultural production process based on the framework model of IoT. On this basis, the paper studies the building and development environment controlling system for livestock and poultry rising based on IoT. Its application shows that the control system can well build a relatively independent raising environment and furthermore it can reduce cost, guarantee quality, decrease pollution and prevent the incidence of animal diseases.

Abstract: Computer vision have a wide application in the modern information technology industry, the rapid development of content-based image analysis technology has been successfully applied in the analysis of transport vehicles, in various fields of industrial product testing, agricultural pest control, interactive advertising, visual intercom and detection of other medical illnesses occasions. Rehabilitation in the medical field, mainly in artificial robot-assisted rehabilitation and rehabilitation in two ways. for its expensive, high maintenance costs and single actual intelligence, Robot-assisted rehabilitation system is bad in the market promotion and application dismal; artificial rehabilitation is the best choice for the rehabilitation of patients, but in reality the patient needs to be recovered ambitious rehabilitation coach on the supply side. Provide a rehabilitation patients meet rehabilitation purchasing power and ease of use of the system is an important topic in the field of rehabilitation. Aiming at this problem, this paper take computer vision as the core to collect spatial depth chart patients through Kinect device and rebuild the action flow in patients with rehabilitation training. System Settings roles in two sports: Rehabilitation coaches and rehabilitation patients by assessing the actions of its demonstration and training flows back to the doctor the patient rehabilitation progress reports.

Abstract: Based on the mathematical model of permanent magnet synchronous generator, the paper discussed the effect of the simplifying torque coefficient equation on direct-drive permanent magnet synchronous wind power generator. On the basis of feedback linearization principle, designed a PID and feedback linearization compound controller in this paper, and validated under varying wind speed, power coefficient remains at a constant value, which reached the maximum wind power capture purposes. Using MATLAB/simulink tool to build direct-drive permanent magnet synchronous wind power system simulation model, the paper verify the stability of the system when the external applied load mutate. The result shows that the control strategy of the composite is effective and timely when tacking the maximum power.

Abstract: In current education realm, the new technology terminal is essential for modern educational method. Thus, the embedded technology is focused and utilized to improve the level of education technology. In this paper, a kind of embedded terminal is designed for experimental class application, which is based on AVR-mega48, and the LCD, the standard keyboard, the nRF2401 wireless modules are integrated into the system. The whole system operates under the control of UC/OS-II system, which provides an excellent software platform for the future development of other modules.

Abstract: Stage lighting and music control system plays an increasingly important role in stage performances. But in the actual control process of stage lighting and music, there is a deviation between the scene stage lighting expected and the scene with actual projection. An operator needs to debug many times before or in the performance. With the ARM microcontroller as core chips, the paper designs an intelligent stage lighting and music control system which have intellisense. The lighting console conducts wireless and remote control over the stepping motor of computer lights through NRF905 wireless RF(Radio Frequency) module. The computer lights system adopts 32-bit ARM-based processor manufactured by Luminary company as the main controller and two-phase hybrid stepping motor as the executive component. With infrared sensor, FLASH memory, SD card and Usb interface, the system has features as intelligent control, intelligent storage and plug and play. The system gets good scalability.

Abstract: Aiming at the problems existing in maintenance of flight simulator, considering characteristics of expert system, the architecture and fault diagnosis methods of flight simulator, the structure and key realization technology for flight simulator fault diagnosis expert system are studied; the flight simulator fault diagnosis expert system design proposal is completed. Research on transforming from fault tree pattern to rule and diagnosis knowledge representing are emphasized, expert system knowledge base is constructed by means of frame plus production knowledge representing method, then certainty and rule based backward chaining inference engine with depth-first and heuristic search mechanism is designed, the system diagnosis flow and inferring flow are also developed in this paper. Finally the expert system is tested by a fault solving demonstration.

Abstract: The randomness and intermittence of wind farm real power generation bring challenges to power system operation, and installing battery system for the mitigation of the fluctuation of wind farm output, following the short-term forecasting curve, even adjusting the output according to the operator’s requirement is a possible way to address the problem from the wind farm side. After a review of various storage control strategies for stabilizing the fluctuation of wind power output, the model of battery energy storage system as well as its control strategy is introduced. Adaptive Genetic Algorithm (AGA) is used for the optimization of PI control parameters. Simulation shows the effectiveness of the proposed method. Moreover, comparing with the trial-and-error method, the optimization algorithm proposed has the advantage of finding the optimal parameters under the lack of experience on PID control, and combined with trial-and-error method, the difficulties engineer could face on tuning the parameters of PI controller is decreased, which increases the feasibility for parameters of PI controller’s being transplanted to similar applications.
