Abstract: By using self-designed servo piston liquid filling system, the filling nozzle diameter, the shape of the liquid outlet the irrigation fluid velocity curve, level track distance for filling accuracy to determine optimal filling of the low viscosity liquid parameters are studied using orthogonal experimental method. The experiment results showed that: highest accuracy is got under the nozzle diameter of is 8 mm, the shape of the liquid outlet is straight mouth, the speed of the low-speed range is 55ml / s, the liquid level tracking distance is 0cm.Key words: plunger type; orthogonal test; filling accuracy; optimal filling parameters

Abstract: This research applied the Likert-type scale to design the questionnaire. Then, we did research on the professionals in the field of construction in Guangdong province, which aimed to know about the effect and position of the Guangdong province local standard in engineering construction quality assurance. The statistic analysis shows that there are 73 items of existing Guangdong province engineering construction local standard. Among them, 28.10% takes the local standard as the common basis in engineering construction. While, the national standard is 38.08%; the industry rule is 29.20%. The three almost is in the same position. The whole industry thinks that the local standard has the equivalent status and effect as the national standard and industry rule in the engineering construction. Therefore, it is necessary to suggest the government sector to perfect the basis of the establishment of engineering construction local standard. In this way, it can be ensured that the procedure is open and transparent, the standard is formulated according to development of the productive force and the implementation process can be supervised by the public. What’s more, we can formulate the local standard with local features according to the region’s real need and local natural conditions. So, the effects of Guangdong province local standard can be played more efficiently in the engineering construction quality assurance.

Abstract: The vibration of the string is a series of different frequency and different amplitude and phase of harmonic vibration superposition. These different frequencies are including fundamental frequency, double or triple frequency, and more integer time’s frequency. It is composed of string segment of vibration. The piano sound is spread by the string vibration, through the string to the soundboard that is by the soundboard to air, and then is introduced to the process of the human ear. String vibration is sound energy generated link, its energy is the key to the size of the sound vibration energy; therefore, the sound propagation attenuation problem in the first part is crucial, how to improve the strings attenuation becomes a key problem to be solved. This article aim is that the application of the string vibration theory in the piano strings sound reconstruction and its implementation are discussed.

Abstract: The study on virtual scene technology began in the 1950 s, and virtual scene technology is widely applied in game, GIS and virtual experiment. Motion simulation technology is widely applied in industrial control and machinofacture. The combination of virtual scene and motion simulation not only has accuracy and real-time, but also has interaction and immersion. The paper uses visual simulation platform of vehicles ESP experiment as the application background, and discusses the problems including communication and data conversion appearing in the cohesion of virtual scene and motion simulation technology.

Abstract: Revamping of electrified railway traction power supply is to improve the railway transport capacity and important measures to promote the development of national economy. As a result of the traction power supply voltage was higher, the simulation technology was applied to modification of the traction power supply system. For the development of research workers to reduce risk and funding has become an international practice. Traction power supply system and the modeling and simulation of the traction power supply capacity technology are discussed in detail. It points out the simulation technology in the development direction of expansion engineering in the application of traction power supply.

Abstract: Considering of the thermal resistant of metal Ni-Cr, as well as the insulating characteristic of SiO2 membrane, aluminium electric line, energetic material, solder and other materials, we designed three MEMS thermo-electric switches, which can realize On-Off (or Off-On) transition to control the initiation of weapon system. We also simulated and analyzed the static and the transient thermal processes and the stress analysis of switches using finite element simulation analysis (FEA) tool ANSYS. The results of temperature distributing, transient response and stress distributing have been obtained.

Abstract: In view of the present shaft alignment to optimize focused on one-way location optimization, and less the method for shaft alignment optimization. By MATLAB invoking ANSYS, the finite element method is combined with intelligent algorithm, which is used to optimization calculation for shaft test platform. In the calculation, the minimum stern shaft bearing load as the goal, the vertical shaft bearing and axial location is optimized based on a new intelligent optimization algorithm-invasive weed algorithm. Compared with the linear programming and genetic algorithm, the results showed that the invasive weeds algorithm has better global optimization ability. ANSYS simulation combined with MATLAB can provide a new approach for shafting design, shafting alignment and vibration calculation.

Abstract: Aiming at the anti-jamming capability problem of permanent magnet synchronous motor servo system, a fuzzy sliding mode controller is designed. The sliding mode control enhances the anti-jamming capability of the system, but it also brings chattering to the system which influences the control performance. In order to solve this problem, a fuzzy item is utilized to obtain the gain of sliding mode switching control law. Hence, the switching gain is adjusted in real time according to the sliding mode surface . The simulation results show that the system achieves good traceability and anti-jamming capability, the proposed controller has good performance and successfully solves the chattering problem.

Abstract: This paper presents an Eye-to-hand system, designed for hand-eye system presents a automatically real-time tracking of moving targets control strategy. The first strategy uses a color mark on the target, the use of binocular stereo vision system for color measurement and then in the visual system of the target three-dimensional reconstruction to give the three-dimensional coordinates in the visual coordinate system when the target position and orientation when changes according to the amount of change in the three-dimensional coordinates of the direct control of the robot arm motion of each joint, enabling the tracking of moving targets.
